Jessica McKay has some big news to share, and this time the former WWE star is getting ready to become a mother of two. McKay revealed that she is pregnant with her second child, nearly three years after welcoming her son Cooper.
The AEW star took to her Instagram on August 28 to announce the pregnancy in a video, sharing a sequence of photos showing the progression of her baby bump through the 16-week mark.
The announcement means McKay and her husband are preparing to add another member to their family after welcoming Cooper on December 20, 2023. McKay was open about her first pregnancy as well. After announcing that she was expecting in June 2023, she introduced Cooper to the world that December with a photo of herself holding his tiny hand.
McKay’s second pregnancy announcement also comes after she recently returned to wrestling alongside Lee. Her most recent match took place on May 30, when the former IIconics partners teamed together against Harley Cameron and Mina Shirakawa during a Ring of Honor taping.
There’s no word on when McKay intends to wrestle again, and that understandably isn’t the important part of this announcement. Almost three years after welcoming little Coop, the McKay family is officially growing again.
Congratulations to Jessica McKay and her family on the news. What are your favorite memories from McKay’s wrestling career? Let us know in the comments.
