Paige Collett needs new wrestling gear, and she is not waiting around quietly for it.
Collett took to Facebook today and put out a public call for gear maker suggestions. She made it clear that she does not have an issue with everyone she has worked with, but she needs someone who can actually deliver when TV dates are coming up.
“Attention!! I need a new Gear Maker. Nothing wrong with my other guys.”
Collett explained that she needed gear for television last month, but after waiting two months, nothing came through. That left her having to film without it.
“You see, I needed gear for TV last month, but after two months, got nothing. Had to go film without it.”
She then said she has another TV-related need coming up in one month, and she does not want to get stuck in the same situation again. Collett asked fans and friends to tag their best suggestions. She also said she has received gear maker names in DMs before, but she can’t remember who they were, so she wants people to reach out again.
“Now I need gear in one month for TV. I can’t wait till the end of the month and not have anything again.”
“So please, tag your best suggestions. A few have been in my DMs, but I can’t remember the names, so please reach out. Thank you.”
This is the kind of problem wrestlers can’t afford when cameras are rolling. Gear is part of the presentation, and if someone is booked for TV, showing up without the look they planned can throw everything off. Now Collett is looking for someone reliable, and she is putting the word out publicly before her next TV deadline hits.
