Jacob Fatu has fans worried after he appeared to be hurt during WWE’s live event in Liverpool, just days before his match at Clash in Italy.
WWE kicked off its European tour on May 28, 2026, with a packed house show in Liverpool. One of the biggest matches of the night saw Fatu face Solo Sikoa in a Liverpool Street Fight, and the match got a strong reaction from the live crowd.
However, concern started after the match ended. According to fans in attendance, Fatu was seen limping as he headed backstage. Multiple attendees also claimed medical staff met him after he went through the curtain. One fan said Fatu appeared to land awkwardly during the match and was clearly hurting afterwards.

The timing is what has fans particularly concerned. Fatu is currently set for a massive WWE World Championship showdown against Roman Reigns at Clash in Italy, making any potential injury a major development just days before the event.
At this point, WWE has not confirmed that Fatu suffered an injury. It’s entirely possible he was simply selling the effects of the physically demanding street fight, especially given the nature of the match. Still, with Clash in Italy right around the corner and a world title opportunity against Reigns waiting for him, fans will be watching closely for any update on Fatu’s condition over the next few days.
