will there be tag team championships?
When it was first revealed that Stephanie McMahon would be making a “historic announcement” on Raw, many people assumed that maybe there would be women’s tag team titles. That didn’t happen. It could still happen, though. WWE could make another historic announcement just for this.
A women’s tag team division does raise some concerns, though. With only 25 women on the main roster, there may not be enough depth for a proper division. Would this title be defended across all brands?
If there are going to be women’s tag team champions, it would be interesting to see who would become the first champion. Could it be Sasha Banks and Bayley? Or would it be the Iconics? So many possibilities.
