The first match for Chris Jericho’s upcoming Rock N Wrestling Rager at Sea has officially been revealed, and it’s going straight into the main event.
Jericho announced that he will team with Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy against Blake Christian, Jay Lethal and Nick Wayne on Tuesday, November 11 during the cruise. The six-man tag team match will headline the show.
This will mark the first time Jericho and The Hardys have ever teamed together. Jericho and Matt Hardy have not shared a match since 2020, while Jericho and Jeff Hardy have not been in the same ring since 2009.
The match is the first bout officially announced for the event, giving fans their first look at what Jericho has planned for this year’s Rock N Wrestling Rager at Sea. Jericho also announced earlier this week that AEW Collision will air from the cruise on Saturday, November 7.
With the first match now locked in, the Rock N Wrestling Rager at Sea card is officially starting to take shape — and Jericho is kicking things off with a first-time-ever team in the main event.
