A recent update on former WWE star Kimber Lee reveals that she did not attend her pre-trial hearing on Wednesday, February 7, as she opted to waive her right to appear.

According to court documents obtained by Ringside News, it was indicated that Lee has transitioned from being represented by a public defender to retaining private legal counsel. As a result, a new pre-trial hearing date has been scheduled for Wednesday, April 14.

In May 2023, Lee was arrested on charges of DUI, Resisting an Officer with Violence, and Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer. Initially slated for October 2023, her pre-trial hearing was postponed.

Prior to her arrest, Lee had announced her departure from professional wrestling via social media. However, despite this announcement, she went on to compete in two separate singles matches at GalaxyCon in June 2023.
