Erik and Sarah Rowe have officially welcomed another member to their family. Months after the WWE star announced they were expecting their third child, Erik revealed that their first daughter arrived on October 20 — and both mom and baby are doing well.
Erik shared the happy news on Instagram, revealing that their daughter, Dena Elizabeth Rowe, was born at 2:13 p.m. She weighed nine pounds and measured 21 inches long.

More importantly, Erik confirmed that Sarah and their newborn daughter are both healthy and safe. He wrapped up the announcement with a heartfelt message about welcoming another child into their lives.
“Both mama and baby are healthy and safe.
Gods gifts are truly endless.”
The arrival comes seven months after Erik first revealed that he and Sarah were expecting baby number three. Back in March, the War Raiders member was especially excited about one detail — after welcoming two boys, he was finally going to become a girl dad.

Dena joins Erik and Sarah’s two sons, Raymond Cash Rowe, who was born in February 2021, and Ezekiel Joseph Rowe, who arrived in November 2024. That officially makes the Rowes a family of five. It’s also another big chapter for Sarah after stepping away from WWE. Her contract wasn’t renewed in 2025, and she has since focused much of her attention on motherhood, family and life away from the wrestling business.
Erik couldn’t wait to become a girl dad when he announced the pregnancy earlier this year, and that day has officially arrived. With Dena here and both her and Sarah healthy, the Rowe family has plenty to celebrate.
