The promotion posted the update on X after the September 5 event in Millvale, Pennsylvania, saying its medical team immediately jumped in when Williams went down. Enjoy Wrestling revealed that doctors on staff began CPR and continued working on him until an ambulance arrived. The promotion also confirmed that the show was shut down and everyone was sent home while those close to the situation went to the hospital and waited for more information.

The statement gives the clearest picture yet of what happened after Williams collapsed at the end of his match during Enjoy Wrestling’s Five Years show at Mr. Smalls Theatre.
