Christian points out that Luke Harper’s been off television for a while now, so he could come back as a complete ass-kicker at any point. He also thinks that Zack Ryder reuniting with Curt Hawkins as a tag team could be a cool turn of events.

Edge informs that the initial plan for his retirement was for Christian to retire him at WrestleMania. Unfortunately injuries occurred and they were never able to make that happen but both men say they would have loved that.

Another listener calls into the show and asks Edge and Christian if there is a template for how they laid out their matches. Edge says that you never have the same twice; every situation is different because you have a different opponent, it’s a different setting, you’re telling a different story and the time length is never the same. Edge says that when he was laying out his matches he’d often start at the end of the match, and then work backwards.

That sums up this week’s episode of E&C’s Pod of Awesomeness. You can listen to the show yourself anytime here, and I’ll catch ya next week for another recap!
