CJ Perry is getting real about her plans for motherhood—and it’s clear she and Miro are ready to start a family on their own terms.
During a recent appearance on Daria & Toni Unwrapped, the former WWE star opened up about going through IVF and her desire to have a large family with Miro. Perry didn’t hold back, sharing that they once thought they might have seven embryos—and she wanted to keep every single one.
“I would love to have a lot of kids. We’re going through IVF. At one point, we thought we were going to have seven embryos, and I was like, I want all seven. I would have to have surrogates. I would want to carry a couple and have surrogates at the same time. And I definitely want to carry the baby, for sure.”
She revealed her doctor gave her the green light to carry, but said she simply wasn’t in the right headspace earlier in her life—especially as her wrestling career was just taking off.
“I talked to my doctor, and she said I’m very good to carry. I just wasn’t ready before. So that’s something that’s really exciting. I always wanted to have kids, but when I was 33, I was not ready. I was really starting to wrestle at that time.”
Now, with a new outlook, Perry feels like she can finally give both motherhood and her career everything she’s got.
“And I always wanted to be a great mom, but I also wanted to have a great career, 100%. Now I feel like I can focus on that fully. I’m really excited.”
CJ Perry’s openness about IVF and surrogacy is striking a chord with fans. While juggling a wrestling career and the dream of starting a family, she’s proving that women don’t have to choose between ambition and motherhood.
