Chris Jericho will be at AEW All In at Wembley Stadium, but he isn’t giving away what he’ll be doing. Jericho dropped the confirmation while keeping every other detail about his involvement under wraps.
The subject came up near the end of Jericho’s interview with The Wrestling Classic. While promoting AEW All In, the host noted that Jericho’s role on the show had not been revealed and that fans still didn’t know whether he would wrestle, appear in a segment or get involved in another capacity.
Jericho didn’t correct the suggestion that his plans remained a mystery. Instead, he gave a short answer confirming that he will be at Wembley while refusing to reveal anything else.
“You never know. I’ll be there.”
That answer confirms Jericho’s presence, but it does not guarantee that he will compete in a match. Jericho could wrestle, accompany someone to the ring, appear during a segment or simply be present behind the scenes. For now, he is leaving every possibility on the table.
Earlier in the interview, Jericho explained that his current AEW role is based on contributing however Tony Khan wants to use him. He isn’t appearing in the exact same position every week, which makes it harder to pin down what AEW could have planned for him at Wembley.
“It’s just to contribute in any way that Tony wants me to at this point. It’s not like I’m on the show every week, but I’m on most weeks, and kind of whatever he wants me to do.”
Jericho has also been working with a wide range of AEW talent during his latest run, including Ricochet, Tommaso Ciampa and Kevin Knight. That variety gives AEW several directions it could take if the company plans to put him in front of the Wembley crowd.
For now, all Jericho is willing to confirm is that he will be there. Whether that means a match, a surprise appearance or something completely different remains a secret.
