KAIRI is officially getting back on a wrestling-related stage, and Chris Jericho is the one bringing her aboard.
Jericho announced that the former WWE star will be part of his Rock ‘N’ Wrestling Rager at Sea: Seventh Cruise of a Seventh Cruise, giving fans one of their first big chances to see KAIRI since she became a free agent earlier this year. Jericho broke the news himself and made it clear KAIRI won’t just be making a quick cameo. She’ll be involved in meet-and-greets, photos and the overall cruise experience.
“SHE’S BAAAACK! Stoked to announce the addition of the #SaneSailor @official_kairi to the @jericho_cruise! She will be there to meet & greet, take pix and be a part of the overall festivities on the #SeventhCruiseOfTheSeventhCruise!!!”
That is a pretty notable landing spot for KAIRI as fans continue waiting to see what she does next in wrestling. The former Kairi Sane became a free agent after her WWE release in April, meaning she is now free to make appearances without being tied down to the company that had been her wrestling home.
Jericho’s cruise now gives KAIRI another chance to stay in front of wrestling fans while her long-term future remains wide open. It also keeps her name firmly in the conversation at a time when every appearance is going to spark questions about where she could eventually sign.
For now, KAIRI isn’t disappearing into the background after WWE. She’s jumping onto one of wrestling’s biggest fan-driven events, and Jericho just gave his cruise another name that people are going to want to see.
What do you think KAIRI’s next move should be now that she’s a free agent? Would you like to see her sign somewhere full-time, or keep making select appearances like this for a while? Let us know what you think in the comments.
