Ava starts off by saying that Stephanie Vaquer has shown time and time again why she’s La Primera, but after a lot of thought she and Vaquer have come to the decision that Vaquer will be relinquishing her NXT Women’s North American Championship tonight in order for other women in the division to get a fair shot and the title to be frequently defended. Ava then reveals that the new champion will be determined at NXT Stand & Deliver in a 6-Woman Ladder Match. Vaquer then says she gets that this isn’t a popular decision, but she will give up the NXT Women’s North American Championship on the condition that she gets to pick who she faces at Stand & Deliver for her NXT Women’s Championship. Ava then agrees.

Jordynne Grace’s music then hits and she makes her way out. Grace pleads her case for challenging Vaquer for the NXT Women’s Championship, but Jaida Parker’s music cuts her off and says if Grace had minded her own business she would have won the NXT Women’s Championship last week. Parker then tells Vaquer to call her shot, but Grace cuts off Parker and tells her that she already had her opportunity and fumbled it. Grace then says Parker may not understand how titles work since she have never held one before, but the most recent challenger goes to the back of the line. Vaquer then tells Parker and Grace that they need to work it out and the two women begin to brawl. Security then makes their way down to the ring, but Grace throws one of the guards on top of several others.

We then get an instagram video of Trick Williams calling out Oba Femi to meet on NXT. Sarah Schreiber then catches up with Femi in the parking lot. Femi says he doesn’t care about what Williams says because he is the champion. Femi then says Williams will find out why you don’t call out The Ruler.

Vic Joseph then hypes the first qualifying match for the Women’s North American Championship ladder match at Stand & Deliver, which will happen next.

Vic Joseph, Corey Graves and WWE Hall of Famer Booker T then checks in from the commentary desk and sends us to Tony D’Angelo and The D’Angelo Family. The D’Angelo Family are sitting at a table at a warehouse. Luca Crusifino hands Tony D a Scouting Report on Dion Lennox, noting that the bookworm gimmick was a ruse and that he was hiding being a team captain linebacker from Oregon State. Luca then says Dion even broke a jaw of a teammate for breaking formation. Luca then says Dion has multiple college degrees with a major in Psychology. The next scouting report is on Osiris Griffin. Rizzo says these NXT wrestlers keep getting bigger. Luca then says he’s a Syracuse all-american with a ton of tackles, even accidentally breaking his QBs ribs. Luca then says he has great mental instincts. The next scouting report is on Cutler James. Rizzo says James is a high quality wrestler from Duke. Tony D then talks about how he hates Duke University. Rizzo then says Cutler breaks peoples mind and spirit. Tony D then says this guy sounds like a wannabe John Wick. Stacks then introduces Saquon Shugars as the wild card of DarkState. Trick Williams’ music then hits and Williams makes his way down to the ring. Williams starts off by saying he called Oba Femi down to the ring last week, but he hasn’t heard from him since. Williams then says he’s still the man in NXT even though Femi still holds the NXT Championship and he’s fought to get where he is including losing a brother in Carmelo Hayes. Williams then says the success he has comes at a cost with his peers in the back. Je’Von Evans’ music then hits and Evans makes his way out. Williams warns Evans against interrupting him and says he gets why he’s upset, but what happened is collateral damage as the time has come for the grown-ups to start talking. Evans then asks Williams when he knew it was his time, then says this time last year Williams was in the same spot that he was in. Evans then says Williams became the golden child of NXT when he won the NXT Championship and the difference between him and Williams is he doesn’t have to break out of everyone’s shadow.

Williams then says Evans is currently in his shadow and knows nothing about being on the top of NXT. Williams then says he’s one of one and Evans objects to his statement. Evans then says Williams has no idea who he is and he is Hayes rather than his own person. Evans then says that makes sense because everything he is saying is what Hayes told him last year. Evans then says Williams can try watering him down to make himself better and he’s done something that even Williams hasn’t and that is taking down Femi. Femi’s music then hits and he makes his way out. Femi tells Evans to say what he has to his face and calls him lucky for taking him down. Evans then responds by saying he was seconds away from winning the 2024 Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge and Femi tells Evans that all he sees in him is a small boy with big dreams. Femi then says Evans’ success will not come at his expense and calls himself the now of NXT. Williams then invites Evans to leave the ring so he can challenge Femi to a NXT Championship Match at Stand & Deliver and Femi tells Williams that he will still have the title if he did less talking.

Ava’s music then hits and she makes her way out to make an NXT Championship Triple Threat Match between Femi, Williams and Evans official at Stand & Deliver. The three men then begin to brawl, but Darkstate interrupts them and takes out Femi and Evans.
