Candice LeRae Moves Forward In WWE Speed Tournament During 9/2 NXT

The Speed Tournament is in full swing.

WWE NXT’s September 2 episode was quite a show. This also included a fun match in the WWE Speed tournament.

Xia Brookside and WWE’s Candice LeRae threw down this week in a match in the WWE Speed Title tournament. The winner of the whole tournament will get a shot at Sol Ruca at No Mercy.

This match came down to the wire, with neither competitor getting the pinfall. After all, they were only working with a three-minute time limit.

In the end, Candice LeRae was able to land a flurry of moves, and she got the pinfall. She celebrated her victory as she got one step closer to reclaiming the WWE Speed Title.

NXT No Mercy will go down on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at the FTL War Memorial in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We will have to see who ends up facing Sol Ruca at the premium live event.
