The May 18 episode of WWE RAW went down at the First Horizon Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina. The night had a lot of hype woven within the night, and fans saw a new match booked for this Saturday’s special.
Sol Ruca took to the ring this week to call out Becky Lynch. It didn’t take The Man long to get out there, where she unloaded a verbal assault on Ruca.
Becky Lynch said that if Sol Ruca is ready, then she will face her at Saturday Night’s Main Event. At that point, the match was booked. However, it wasn’t a title match.
Becky Lynch refused to put her WWE Women’s IC Title on the line in that match against Sol Ruca. She left without making her title the prize in that match. Only time will tell if they finally make that match for the gold.
WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event is set for Saturday, May 23, 2026, at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Ringside News will have complete coverage of the show, no matter what happens.
