Bad Ass Construction Worker isn’t done burying Shawn Michaels. A couple of months after declaring that NXT had been “ruined” following WWE’s wave of main roster call-ups, he is back—and this time he went even harder, claiming the entire brand has become unwatchable.
Taking to Instagram on August 4, Bad Ass Construction Worker said he was following the lead of his “bro” Josh Briggs before joking that he’d spoil NXT for anyone planning to watch.
“I’m gonna follow the lead of the GOAT of NXT, my bro Josh Briggs. Let’s do spoilers for NXT. A bunch of boring-ass, no-talent wrestlers are gonna bore the f*** out of everybody in front of a bunch of dumb fans who don’t know how to react to anything. Nobody’s watching it, bud.”
That was only the beginning. With Shawn Michaels once again in his sights, Bad Ass Construction Worker claimed the WWE Hall of Famer needed someone who actually knew how to run a show—and naturally volunteered himself for the job.
“So, Shane Michaels, I’m a supervisor here. I just know how to do stuff, so whenever you want me to teach you how to put on a show, I’ll grab a bunch of indie guys and we can do way better than what you guys are doing there.”
He didn’t stop with Michaels either. Instead, he unloaded on the entire NXT locker room, insisting almost nobody on the roster was worth watching. The only name to escape completely unscathed was Grayson Waller, although even that came with an insult aimed at everyone else.
“Because not anyone on the NXT roster is worth a f***. Maybe Grayson Waller, but he’s only here because he feels bad because you’re a bunch of f**ing losers. So the whole NXT roster, I could do better than any one of you, and I haven’t even tried it one day of my life. You all are a bunch of pathetic losers.”
This rant continues a running feud between Bad Ass Construction Worker and Shawn Michaels that began earlier this year after WWE called up several of NXT’s biggest stars, including Trick Williams, Oba Femi and Je’Von Evans. At the time, he blasted what he called Michaels for turning NXT into a show filled with “punk ass kids,” even offering to step in as the supervisor who could save the brand.
Judging by his latest video, his opinion hasn’t changed one bit. If anything, Bad Ass Construction Worker now thinks NXT is in even worse shape than it was a few months ago—and he’s still convinced he’d do a better job running the show than Shawn Michaels.
