Alternate Angle of Seth Rollins’ Heated Confrontation with CM Punk at WWE Money in the Bank

Seth Rollins has been back on WWE television for the past few weeks after recovering from injury and he had a huge World Heavyweight Title match at Money in the Bank this week. During the bout, he had a heated confrontation with CM Punk and now an alternate angle of the conformation has surfaced.

Damian Priest defended his World Heavyweight Championship against Seth Rollins at Money in the Bank. During the match, Drew McIntyre emerged with his Money in the Bank briefcase, signaling his intent to cash in. The bell rang, and McIntyre tried for a Future Shock DDT on Priest, who countered with a clothesline.

Amidst the chaos, CM Punk made an unexpected entrance, attacking McIntyre with a chair, choking him with a cable, and delivering a blow with the title belt. Taking advantage of the turmoil, Priest seized the opportunity and pinned McIntyre to successfully retain his championship in the chaotic finale.

Seth Rollins then went towards CM Punk and shouted at him, as Punk cost Rollins the opportunity to ever challenge for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship as long as Damian Priest remains champion. New footage of the confrontation has now made rounds online, which shows Rollins screaming at Punk for ruining the match, as he was calmed down and eventually made his way to the back, visibly frustrated by the outcome.

We will have to wait and see how WWE will be booking CM Punk and Seth Rollins storylines in the coming weeks, as it has become abundantly clear that Rollins and Punk will do battle eventually as well.
