The pro wrestling business is full of entrance music and theme songs that make fans think of a certain talent or television property. Since we are rolling into 2025, Tony Khan’s company is making some adjustments to the AEW song library.
Sean Ross Sapp reported on Fightful Select that there’s a new AEW Dynamite theme planned soon. The current theme song is “Pop” by Mikey Rukus. We will have to see if Rukus does the new song whenever it is unveiled.
It was also noted that the Young Bucks’ original AEW theme, as well as those of Santana & Ortiz, Awesome Kong and early Lucha Bros theme have been adjusted in the AEW library. That should give fans some new songs that they can add to their pro wrestling playlists.
Tony Khan is no stranger to paying out big money for theme songs. He has licensed songs for Orange Cassidy, Jon Moxley, Bryan Danielson, and more to use. Only time will tell how many times he does that in the future.
We will have to see what AEW has planned for 2025. They are getting things started with AEW Dynamite’s Fight For The Fallen. Ringside News will have full coverage of the January 1 AEW Dynamite event.
A new streaming deal on MAX could also ensure that even more fans are able to hear the songs in the company’s library. Obviously, the company is going to keep things fresh as they tackle 2025.
