AEW is putting its name behind another major Owen Hart Foundation event, this time as the title sponsor for the organization’s 27th anniversary celebration in Calgary.
The Owen Hart Foundation’s 27th Anniversary Event is set for November 21 at the Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium, with legendary singer, songwriter and producer Elvis Costello serving as the featured attraction for the night. The foundation announced Costello’s return while celebrating his long list of accomplishments and encouraging fans to grab tickets before the event sells out.
“Elvis Costello is coming to Calgary to celebrate the OHF’s 27th Anniversary! True to our tradition of presenting outstanding artists, we are exceptionally ecstatic to be hosting the iconic Elvis Costello for a second time! Inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2003, Elvis Costello has achieved music’s highest honour, thus solidifying his forever place in rock and roll history! Get your tickets now before they are all gone at Ticketmaster.”
The Owen Hart Foundation also promoted its online auction as part of the anniversary festivities, with more information available through HartAuction.com.
AEW’s involvement with the Owen Hart Foundation goes back to 2021, when the two sides formed a partnership that led to the creation of the annual Owen Hart Foundation Cup tournaments. The tournaments have since become a regular part of AEW programming, with Will Ospreay and Mercedes Moné winning the men’s and women’s tournaments in 2026.
AEW becoming the title sponsor for the foundation’s 27th anniversary event shows the relationship between the company and the Hart family remains firmly in place five years after the partnership first began. With Elvis Costello returning to Calgary and AEW attached as the event’s top sponsor, the foundation is once again combining wrestling connections with a major entertainment attraction.
