AEW is changing its usual television schedule during All Out week. Dynamite and Collision won’t air on separate nights, giving the company one loaded go-home broadcast before the pay-per-view.
According to two WBD media releases issued this week, the September 23 editions of Dynamite and Collision will air together as a three-hour block from the Fishers Event Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. Dynamite will begin at its usual 8 p.m. Eastern time, with Collision following immediately afterward. Once both shows are finished, AEW will air an All Out countdown special at 11 p.m. Eastern.
AEW is also bringing back its Tailgate Brawl format for the pay-per-view. “AEW Collision: Tailgate to All Out” is scheduled for 7 p.m. Eastern on TNT, while the traditional Buy-In is still expected to stream through YouTube and AEW’s other platforms.
The schedule change only applies to All Out week for now. Dynamite and Collision are still listed for their regular days and time slots throughout the rest of September. AEW hasn’t revealed whether it will use the same setup before WrestleDream in October. The event graphic for the Dynamite before WrestleDream does not currently include Collision, and the company’s complete October television schedule has not been announced.
Several October events are already on the books. Collision will visit Highland Heights, Kentucky, on October 3 and Winston-Salem, North Carolina, on October 24. Dynamite heads to Cleveland on October 14, while both shows will come together for “Fright Night” in St. Louis on October 28.
For All Out week, AEW is ditching its standard schedule and putting Dynamite, Collision and a countdown special on the same night. That gives the company four straight hours to make its final push before the pay-per-view.
