The show opens up with commentary welcoming us as Kenny Omega’s music hits and he makes his way down to the ring for the first match of the night. Swerve Strickland then makes his way down to the ring with Prince Nana.
The match starts off with both men locking up until Nana distracts Omega, allowing Strickland to sneak some shots in against the ropes. Strickland then sends Omega into the ropes before hitting a boot to the face and following it up with a few more shots before hitting the ropes only to take a hurricanrana from Omega, sending Strickland to the outside for a dive. Omega then starts to turn things around, sending Strickland to the announce desk and the ring steps. Strickland then starts to fight back, but he is sent to the barricade for a set of chops by Omega. Omega then sets Strickland up on a chair before charging at him for a running knee strike.
Strickland then stops the momentum as he counters into a few shots of his own before sending Omega back into the ring. Strickland then attacks the jaw of Omega until Omega fights back to his feet. Both men then trade strikes until Omega is sent to the corner, but he charges at Strickland to take him down for a near fall. Omega then drops Strickland on the mat and gets another near fall after a moonsault. Omega is now in the driver’s seat. Strickland then avoids a V-Trigger and both men exchange strikes. Omega then hits a knee strike on Strickland’s jaw. Omega then hits a V-Trigger to the back of Strickland’s neck.
Strickland then avoids an avalanche One-Winged Angel and both men crash down to the mat from the top turnbuckle after Strickland hits Omega with an avalanche back suplex. Omega and Strickland then trade high boot strikes and take each other down. Both men then exchange strikes before Omega hits Strickland with two Snap Dragon suplexes. Omega and Strickland then battle it out on the apron. Strickland then distracts the referee and he hits a low blow on Omega. The action then spills to the outside once again.
Strickland then looks for a piledriver over the barricade, but both men slip down. Strickland then hits a piledriver over the barricade and the action is back in the ring. Strickland then hits a House Call after a back-and-forth. Strickland then hits two Swerve Stomps, but Omega kicks out at two. Omega then fights back and corners Strickland. He then unloads with multiple elbow strikes. Omega then kicks Strickland, but Strickland gets a two count after a big powerslam. Strickland then mocks Omega. Strickland then hits an open-handed strike. Omega then hits a knee strike and he follows it up with a V-Trigger.
Both men are struggling to hit their next move. Strickland then hits a vertebreaker, but omega kicks out at two once again. Omega then counters a Swerve Stomp and hits a knee strike. Strickland is on the ropes as Omega hits a V-Trigger, setting Strickland up for One-Winged Angel. Omega then hits it for the win.

After the match, Omega celebrates his big win.
