AEW Dynamite Results (2/26/2025): Live Match Updates and Highlights

The show opens up with Excalibur, Taz, and Tony Schiavone welcoming us as we see an ambulance in the parking lot and the back doors opens. “The Rated R Superstar” Cope then appears and he says he just wanted to show Jon Moxley and The Death Riders their ride for tonight.

We then see MJF talking about how he used to care about the three letters A-E-W, but after seeing the fans constantly chant “Cowboy sh*t!” for a fake when the real thing like himself is right in front of them he now only cares about the three letters M-J-F.

Hangman Page’s music then hits and he makes his way down to the ring for the first match of the night, while his opponent Aaron Solo is already in the ring.

Singles Match: “Hangman” Adam Page vs. Aaron Solo

The match starts off with Hangman Page nailing Aaron Solo with a boot. Solo then hits a roundhouse kick on Page, but Page nails him and follows it up with the Buckshot Lariat for the win.

After the match, Page grabs a chair and a microphone. Page sits in the ring and says he will stay there until someone finds him MJF and brings him down in order for him to beat him down. MJF’s music then hits and he makes his way out with a bloody towel in hand. MJF asks Page if he wants to fight him in front of all the people in the live crowd and calls him heartless, then says he’s not fighting Page tonight. MJF then tells Page he came to the ring to say he was awfully worried about Page’s friend and says it’s time for them to find out who’s actually real. A camera then finds Christopher Daniels, who has been laid out by MJF with blood on him. Page then grabs a chair before heading to the back. Page then demands to know where MJF went and then checks on Daniels when he couldn’t find him. Page then walks away and continues the pursuit of MJF.

The Don Callis family is then shown in a luxury box. Don Callis places a bounty on the head of Will Ospreay, who will face Bryan Keith. We then get video footage of Chris Jericho retaining the ROH World Title against Bandido on Collision. Jericho is then interviewed by Renee Paquette, who demands an apology for his treatment by Paquette last week. Paquette then apologizes and asks how the Bryan Keith and Will Ospreay match came together. Jericho then quickly introduces Callis and Jericho explains that he wasn’t doing Callis a favor. Jericho then says he believed Bryan Keith could be a future champion and had what it took to defeat Ospreay.

Will Ospreay then makes his way down to the ring for the next match of the night and Bryan Keith follows.

Bounty Match: “The Aerial Assassin” Will Ospreay vs. The Learning Tree’s “The Bad Apple” Bryan Keith

The match starts off with both men pushing the pace early on with some acrobatics. Ospreay then has the advantage, with Keith trying and failing to slow the pace. Ospreay then hits a standing twisting moonsault press, but only gets a near fall. Ospreay then sets up for a Hidden Blade, but Keith rolls out to ringside. Ospreay then hits Keith on the floor, but clutches his knee. Keith then takes control and sends Ospreay back in the ring.

Keith then continues to focus on the lower back of Ospreay with a Camel Clutch. Ospreay then recovers and hits a back handspring overhead kick on Keith. Ospreay then follows it up with a springboard elbow strike and gets a two count. Ospreay then hits some Kawada kicks and a leaping enziguiri on Keith. Keith then ducks a lariat and hits Ospreay with one of his own. Ospreay then recovers and hits an Oscutter on Keith for a near fall.

Ospreay then sets up for a Hidden Blade, but Keith counters with a knee strike and an Emerald Tiger Driver for a near fall. Ospreay then regains control and hits a Styles Clash on Keith, then follows it up with a Hidden Blade for the win.

After the match, Don Callis and Kyle Fletcher signals for Ospreay to make his way up to the luxury box and that leads to a brawl in the stands. Fletcher and Ospreay are then separated by AEW officials and Fletcher runs off.

We then get video footage of what has happened between AEW Women’s World Champion “Timeless” Toni Storm and Mariah May. We are then told that an update on Toni Storm’s health will be given this Saturday on Collision.

We then get a video package for Momo Watanabe and Mercedes Moné’s upcoming match at Revolution. Moné is then shown in the back and she addresses Watanabe. Moné is asked if she is going to show up tonight. Moné then runs into Billie Starkz and knocks a cup of water into her face and tells her to fetch Watanabe. Watanabe then approaches Moné from behind with a baseball bat. Moné is forced to flee and Watanabe holds up the TBS Title.

The Outrunners then make their way down to the ring for the next match of the night and The Murder Machines follow.

Tag Team Match: The Outrunners (Turbo Floyd and Truth Magnum) vs. Don Callis Family’s Murder Machines (“The Machine” Brian Cage and “The Murderhawk Monster” Lance Archer)

The match starts off with all four men going at it and the action spills to the floor. Lance Archer then tosses both Truth Magnum and Turbo Floyd into the barricade. Archer then stomps on Magnum’s throat and tags in Cage. Cage then pins Magnum, but Magnum kicks out and Cage sends Magnum crashing into the corner. Turbo Floyd then tags in and delivers some chops on Archer and Cage. Floyd then delivers some right hands on Archer and hits a crossbody on Cage, but Archer nails Floyd with a big boot. Cage and Archer then double team on Floyd before Archer and Floyd exchange strikes and Cage hits a suplex on Magnum on the outside.

Archer then gets Floyd up for the Blackout, but becomes distracted when The Hurt Syndicate’s music hits and they appear. Floyd then takes advantage and rolls up Archer for the win.

After the match, Cage and Archer are seething in the ring as The Outrunners are standing next to The Hurt Syndicate.

We then get a video package, where “The Rated R Superstar” Cope promises to take out Jon Moxley’s crew. We then see a video footage of “The Bastard” PAC being taken out by Conchairto’s on Collision. Claudio Castagnoli then says he will hunt down Cope.

We then get a video package showing the ongoing rivalry between Ricochet, Swerve Strickland and Prince Nana.

Swerve Strickland’s music then hits and Strickland and Prince Nana then make their way down to the ring. Strickland starts off by recalling stepping foot in AEW for the first time at Revolution and night in and night out he defended the AEW World Championship and showcased it to the world. Strickland then addresses Ricochet and says things between them are done when he says they are.

Ricochet’s music then hits and he makes his way out. Ricochet asks Strickland if he is stupid or dumb, then says he told him that he already said he was done. Ricochet then says the next time Strickland sees him he will have gold around his waist. Prince Nana then informs Ricochet that he has an offer for him and says he had a talk with Tony Khan. Nana then says the fans deserve a rematch between Strickland and Ricochet, but this time around it will be a #1 Contender’s Match for the AEW World Championship and all Ricochet has to do is accept it. Ricochet then accepts, but on the condition that they do the match at Revolution. Ricochet then heads to the back and Strickland looks to follow suit, but Nana stops him and says he’s glad Strickland is making the AEW World Championship a priority again. Nana then says he wants Strickland to go back to being who everyone says that he is, but he doesn’t know if he can do things anymore if things keep going the way that they are.

We then head to the back, where Hangman Page is approached by Renee Paquette. Page says MJF has left the building. Page then says when he finds MJF if he doesn’t run him over, he’s going to wish he had.

The Undisputed Kingdom then make their way down to the ring for the next match of the night and FTR and Daniel Garcia follow.

Trios Match: AEW TNT Champion Daniel Garcia and FTR (Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood) vs. The Undisputed Kingdom (Roderick Strong, Adam Cole and Kyle O’Reilly)

The match starts off with Cash Wheeler and Kyle O’Reilly. Both men lock up and they go back and forth, but Adam Cole and Garcia tag in and lock up with one another. They then look to hit kicks on one another, but avoid them and shake hands with one another. Dax Harwood and Roderick Strong then tag in and lock up, but Garcia tags back in and hits a twisting neckbreaker on Strong. Garcia then goes for a pin, but Cole breaks the fall. Garcia then gets in Cole’s face, but O’Reilly hits a boot on Garcia’s midsection. All six men then begin brawling with one another.

Harwood then locks in a Sharpshooter on O’Reilly. O’Reilly then makes it over to the bottom rope to escape, but all three members of The Undisputed Kingdom roll up FTR and Garcia. FTR and Garcia then kick out before Garcia and Cole deliver some right hands on one another. As Strong, O’Reilly and FTR all have one another locked in submissions, Cole rolls up Garcia for the win.

After the match, a tense stare-down ensues between The Undisputed Kingdom, FTR and Garcia and it is announced that Adam Cole will face Daniel Garcia for the TNT Championship on Collision.

We then head to the back, where Cope and Claudio Castagnoli found each other and began brawling their way to the ring. Wheeler Yuta then sneaks up behind Jon Moxley and gets an advantage for the Death Riders. Castagnoli then grabs a chair and works over Cope with it. The Death Riders then set Cope up for a Conchairto, but Jay White makes his way out to even the odds. Cope then recovers and starts swinging the chair himself. Cope then hits a spear on Castagnoli. Marina Shafir then tries to get involved, but she ends up getting hit with a flying knee strike from Yuta by accident. Cope then hits Castagnoli with a chair multiple times and then places him into position for a Conchairto. Cope then hits a Conchairto on Castagnoli and Moxley appears at ringside. Jay White then keeps him at range with a char and Cope sets up Marina Shafir for a Conchairto. Before Cope can hit it, Willow Nightingale appears. She picks up the chair herself and hits the Conchairto herself. Cope’s music then hits to end the segment.

Harley Cameron’s music then hits and she makes her way down to the ring for the next match of the night. The Vendetta then make their way down to the ring next.

Singles Match: Harley Cameron vs. The Vendetta’s “The Virtuosa” Deonna Purrazzo

The match starts off with Deonna Purrazzo sending Harley Cameron into the mat. We then see Taya Valkyrie watching the action from backstage as both women lock up. Cameron then hits a head scissors on Purrazzo and sends her crashing into the mat, but Purrazzo dropkicks Cameron out of the ring.

Purrazzo then hits Cameron with a Russian Leg Sweep. Cameron then responds with a running kick on Purrazzo, but Purrazzo nails Cameron with a knee and follows it up with a powerbomb. Purrazzo then goes for a pin, but Cameron kicks out. Purrazzo then transitions into a Fujiwara Armbar, but Cameron pins her to escape. Purrazzo then kicks out, but Cameron hits her with a rolling cutter for the win.

We then get a video package on the AEW International Championship Match and the International Championship Revolution Series. Orange Cassidy vs. Konosuke Takeshita in the main event is coming up next.

We then head to the back, where Jay White, Cope and Willow Nightingale watches as Claudio Castagnoli and Marina Shafir are taken away in the ambulance Cope arrived in earlier.

Orange Cassidy then makes his way down to the ring for the main event of the night and AEW International Champion Konosuke Takeshita follows.

AEW International Championship Match: Don Callis Family’s “The Alpha” Konosuke Takeshita (c) vs. “Freshly Squeezed” Orange Cassidy

The match starts off with both men staring each other down. Takeshita then removes Cassidy’s sunglasses and breaks them, prompting Cassidy to put on a second pair. Takeshita then nails Cassidy with a shoulder tackle and stomps on his neck, then grabs Cassidy’s second pair of sunglasses and hands them over to Callis. Callis then puts them on and Takeshita Continues wearing Cassidy down.

Cassidy then looks to hit the Orange Punch on Takeshita, but Takeshita ducks out of the way. Cassidy then delivers some chops and forearms on Takeshita’s chest in his signature style, then nails Takeshita with a superkick and hits his trademark kicks on Takeshita in the corner. Takeshita then no sells them and sends Cassidy onto the apron. Cassidy then hits a Tornado DDT on Takeshita in the ring over the top rope, but Takeshita quickly recovers and knocks Cassidy down with a forearm.

Cassidy then delivers some Hammer and Anvil elbows on Takeshita. Cassidy then looks to hit a Stun Dog Millionaire on Takeshita, but Takeshita counters with a Blue Thunder Bomb. Cassidy then sends both himself and Takeshita crashing out of the ring, then hits a Beach Break on Takeshita on top of the announce desk. The referee then begins a ten count, but both men beat it. Cassidy then hits an Orange Punch on Takeshita, then nails him on the outside when Takeshita retreats there. Cassidy then takes his sunglasses back from Callis, then looks to fly off the top. Takeshita then nails him with a right hand, but Cassidy responds with a Stun Dog Millionaire. Takeshita then hits a package piledriver on Cassidy, but Cassidy rolls up Takeshita. Takeshita then kicks out and hits Cassidy with a Falcon Arrow for the win.

After the match, Takeshita mocks Kenny Omega by hitting his signature pose. Callis then takes back Cassidy’s sunglasses and puts them on Takeshita as the show comes to a close.
