Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite on August 25, 2021, saw a massive increase in viewership, drawing 1,172,000 viewers on TNT, up from last week’s 975,000.

The episode also pulled an impressive 0.48 rating in the key 18-49 demographic, climbing from last week’s 0.35. Even more notable, Dynamite ranked #1 on cable in the 18-49 demo, improving from last week’s #4 ranking.

In comparison, Tuesday’s NXT drew 685,000 viewers with a 0.16 rating in the 18-49 demo, while Monday’s Raw brought in 2,067,000 viewers and a 0.64 in the same demo.

Looking back a year ago, AEW Dynamite drew 813,000 viewers for its August 27, 2020, episode, showing significant year-over-year growth for the brand.
