AAA just gave the Las Vegas side of TripleMania 34 another boost, and this one is bringing four teams into the same fight.
The promotion announced Friday that Latino World Order, Los Americanos, Tokyo Bad Boys and Fraxiom will collide in a four-way elimination tag team match on September 11. Cruz Del Toro and Joaquin Wilde will represent LWO, while Bravo and Rayo are in for Los Americanos. Kento and Nobu San will represent Tokyo Bad Boys, with Axiom and Nathan Frazer rounding out the field as Fraxiom.
Frazer is pulling double duty across TripleMania weekend too. Two days later in Mexico City, he will challenge Rey Fénix for the AAA World Cruiserweight Championship in a four-way match that also includes Jack Cartwheel and Mini Vikingo. That title match came together after Cartwheel, Vikingo and Frazer fought to a time-limit draw at Ola de Calor, leaving Fénix with three challengers instead of one.
The updated TripleMania 34 lineup now looks like this:
September 11 — Las Vegas: Rey Mysterio vs. Omos. If Omos wins, his AAA suspension is lifted. If Mysterio wins, Omos is permanently banned from AAA.
September 11 — Las Vegas: AAA Trios Championship: Psycho Circus vs. Los Perros del Mal
September 11 — Las Vegas: Roxanne Perez vs. Faby Apache vs. Nattie vs. La Hiedra in a four-way for an AAA Reina de Reinas Championship match at Worlds Collide
September 11 — Las Vegas: Latino World Order vs. Los Americanos vs. Tokyo Bad Boys vs. Fraxiom in a four-way elimination tag team match
September 13 — Mexico City: AAA Mega Championship: Dominik Mysterio vs. El Grande Americano
September 13 — Mexico City: AAA World Cruiserweight Championship: Rey Fénix vs. Jack Cartwheel vs. Mini Vikingo vs. Nathan Frazer
September 13 — Mexico City: AAA Reina de Reinas Championship: Flammer vs. La Catalina
AAA is clearly loading up both nights, but the Las Vegas card just got a lot more chaotic. Four teams, elimination rules and Fraxiom trying to survive before Frazer heads to Mexico City for a title shot two nights later gives this one plenty going on.
