Kayla Braxton left WWE after the June 28, 2024 episode of Friday Night SmackDown, ending an 8-year run with the company. While fans have been wondering if she will ever come back, it appears Braxton has now revealed she’s actually willing to return for a new show.
Kayla Braxton took to Twitter and commented on WWE filing a trademark for ‘WWE Late Night.’ The former WWE personality revealed her excitement, saying that hosting a late-night show for WWE was something she had always wanted to do.
Although Kayla Braxton previously said she was done with wrestling, she admitted she would actually consider coming back if it meant hosting this new show.
“NGL – hosting a late night show for WWE was all I ever wanted. I said I was done with wrestling, but I’d come back to host this 👀”
As reported earlier, WWE officially filed a trademark application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office for something called “WWE Late Night.” While WWE hasn’t confirmed what the project is about, the trademark falls under the ‘Entertainment Services’ category. This made many wonder if it could be a new show or digital series.
We have also reported that WWE has left the door open for Braxton to return to the company one day. Therefore, we’ll have to see if she does come back to the company soon enough, as fans would love to see her back and host a late-night show.
