Ronda Rousey’s Status for WWE Evolution 2 Event Revealed

Ronda Rousey left WWE following her match with Shayna Baszler at SummerSlam 2023. Since then, fans have been wondering if she’ll ever return to WWE and with the Evolution 2 event coming up next month, Rousey’s status for the event has been revealed.

While speaking during a Q&A session, WrestleVotes was asked about Ronda Rousey’s status for a potential Evolution 2 event. WrestleVotes noted that it’s a flip of a coin on Ronda Rousey returning at the Premium Live Event.

They added that Ronda Rousey will return to WWE at some point due to her connection with TKO, but there is no clear indication that this will be happening anytime soon at all.

“It’s a flip of a coin on Ronda Rousey. She will be back in WWE at some point, she has a connection with TKO. Don’t know if it’s going to be anytime soon.”

This comes after it was previously reported that WWE is interested in working with Ronda Rousey again, and Shayna Bazler might come back with her if Rousey wants that to happen.

The Evolution 2 Premium Live Event will be taking place on July 13, 2025, live from Atlanta, Georgia. However, fans really shouldn’t expect to see Ronda Rousey there, even though she headlined the first Evolution event back in 2018. Nonetheless, we’ll have to see when Rousey comes back to WWE, as fans do want to see her return.
