Tonight’s WWE RAW airing April 28, 2025, promises an action-packed night live from the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Missouri. The show sees “The Eradicator” Rhea Ripley take on “The Prodigy” Roxanne Perez in a Singles Match. Plus, Seth “Freakin” Rollins, WWE Hall of Famer Paul Heyman and “The Unpredictable Badass” Bron Breakker will appear.

The show opens up with Michael Cole welcoming us and he says there are over 11,000 fans in attendance. We then see a shot of fans entering the host venue. Smackdown General Manager Nick Aldis then enters RAW General Manager Adam Pearce’s office, while Cole notes that Aldis is filling in for Adam Pearce.
We then get backstage shots of Rhea Ripley, Roxanne Perez, American Made (Chad Gable, Ivy Nile, Brutus Creed and Julius Creed), WWE NXT Women’s Champion Stephanie Vaquer and Logan Paul. Cole then notes that Vaquer will face Nile during the show.
The commentary team of Cole and Pat McAfee then checks in from their ringside desk. Cole says GUNTHER has been fined and suspended for his actions last week, which McAfee says he will address later in the show. Cole then sets up a video package that recaps the formation of the Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker and Paul Heyman alliance.
Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker and Paul Heyman then make their way down to the ring to Rollins’ entrance theme. Rollins puts his arm around Breakker and they both smiled. Rollins then holds up the mic, while the fans sing his entrance theme. Rollins starts off by saying welcome to Monday Night Rollins. Rollins then says he’s a visionary, he’s a revolutionary, he is Seth Freakin’ Rollins. Rollins then says he knows there’s still a few people who want to chant CM Punk’s name. Rollins then says he knows there’s still a few people who want to point their pointers to the sky and acknowledge Roman Reigns. Rollins then says he is the future of WWE and this business runs through him, Heyman and Breakker.
As Rollins continues talking, he is cut off by Sami Zayn’s entrance music and Zayn makes his way down to the ring. Rollins then welcomes Zayn back and asks him if he caught WrestleMania 41 and Zayn says he did. Zayn then says he’s been friends with Rollins for a long time and as Rollins’ friend he feels the need to tell him that what he has going on with Heyman and Breakker is a load of crap. Rollins then asks Zayn what he means and Zayn says the one thing Roman Reigns and Punk have in common is Heyman. Zayn then questions how Rollins can be different now that he has Heyman in his corner and calls Rollins out for being hypocritical when he tries to defend himself. Rollins then says he, Breakker and Heyman are the vision for the future and if you aren’t with them, then you’re against them. Rollins then says he, Breakker, Heyman and Zayn can come to an agreement and move Zayn off RAW if he wants. Rollins then says it’s not a threat to Zayn, but rather an offer or favor. Rollins then tells Zayn to think about it and he wants Zayn’s answer by the end of the night.
We then get highlights from last week of IYO SKY vs. Stephanie Vaquer with interference from Roxanne Perez and Giulia and Rhea Ripley making the save. Rhea Ripley then makes her way down to the ring for the first match of the night and Roxanne Perez follows. Cole then hypes Ripley vs. Roxanne Perez coming up next.
The match starts off with both women locking up. Perez then looks to hit a tope suicida through the bottom rope on Ripley on the outside, but Ripley catches Perez and sends her crashing into the barricade. Perez then sends Ripley’s leg bouncing off the ring post repeatedly, then looks to follow it up with a Russian Leg Sweep. Ripley then blocks it and sends Perez over with a clothesline, then follows it up with a vertical suplex and a dropkick that sends her crashing out of the ring.
Perez then uses the bottom turnbuckle to wrench back on Ripley’s leg, then continues wearing it down and hits a shotgun dropkick on her in the corner. Perez then cinches in a Figure Four Leg Lock on Ripley, but Ripley escapes and hits a Razor’s Edge on Perez. Ripley then follows it up with a dropkick as Giulia makes her way down to ringside.
Perez then pins Ripley, but Ripley kicks out and becomes distracted by Giulia on the outside. Perez then looks to roll up Ripley, but Ripley blocks it and sets up for Rip Tide. Giulia then hits a chop block on Ripley causing the disqualification.

After the match, Perez and Giulia continue beating down Ripley. IYO SKY’s music then hits and she comes to Ripley’s aid. Giulia and Perez then beat down SKY, but Ripley comes to SKY’s aid.
We then see Finn Bálor arrive in the Judgment Day clubhouse, where JD McDonagh is hanging out with Dominik Mysterio, Carlito, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez. Bálor pulls McDonagh aside and expresses disappointment that he wasn’t told McDonagh was returning. McDonagh then says he was cleared sooner than he thought he would be. Morgan then asks if everything was okay. McDonagh then informs Bálor that Morgan thought they should go after the World Tag Team Titles. McDonagh then says he thought it was a great idea, so he got Nick Aldis to get a match with the War Raiders. Morgan then says it must have slipped her mind, which is why she didn’t tell Bálor. Morgan then assumes Bálor would be happy since he’s not a champion. Bálor then asks McDonagh and Morgan to keep him in the loop and then heads off to get ready for their match. Carlito then puts his arms around Morgan and McDonagh and says everyone in the group should be a champion.
Logan Paul is shown walking backstage.
“The Maverick” Logan Paul’s music then hits and Paul makes his way down to the ring. Paul starts off by bragging about beating AJ Styles at WrestleMania 41 and rags on Kansas City, then says the only thing he has left to do in the professional wrestling business is win a World Championship and puts Jey Uso on notice. Jey Uso’s music then hits and he makes his way down to the ring. Jey asks Paul if he really thinks he’s going to just hand over the World Heavyweight Championship to him after 15 years of hard work, then says he watched GUNTHER beat down his twin brother Jimmy Uso. Jey then says that lit a fire inside of him that’s never going out and the World Heavyweight Championship isn’t given but rather earned. Paul then rolls his eyes and continues running his mouth, leading to Jey Uso hitting a superkick on Paul. Jey then leaves the ring and stops to hug the cancer survivor, then heads backstage.
The War Raiders (Erik and Ivar) are then shown walking backstage and a separate shot is shown of Finn Bálor, JD McDonagh and Carlito, while Cole hypes the upcoming tag team match. The War Raiders then make their way down to the ring, while their opponents are already inside the ring.
The match starts off with McDonagh and Ivar. McDonagh then delivers some stomps on Ivar. Bálor then tags in and double teams on Ivar with McDonagh before McDonagh tags back in as Erik does the same on his side. Erik then nails McDonagh, then tags in Ivar. The action then spills out of the ring and Ivar looks to hit a crossbody on McDonagh and Bálor. McDonagh and Bálor then move out of the way and McDonagh gets Erik back inside the ring. Bálor then tags in and hits a stomps on Erik over the top rope from the apron. Bálor then jams his knee and foot into the back of Erik’s neck, then locks in an Abdominal Stretch on him with help from McDonagh as he remains on the apron. Erik then escapes with a Hip Toss on Bálor, then tags in Ivar.
Ivar then hits a Sidewalk Slam and a crossbody off the ropes on Bálor, then nails McDonagh with a spinning back heel kick and climbs to the top rope. Ivar then looks to hit a moonsault on Bálor, but Bálor rolls out of the way and tags in McDonagh. McDonagh then keeps Ivar from tagging in Erik, then low bridges Ivar out of the ring when he charges at him and hit a springboard moonsault to land on Erik and Ivar on the outside.
McDonagh then sends Ivar back in the ring and hits a second moonsault off the top rope, then goes for a pin but Erik breaks the fall. Bálor then sends Erik out of the ring, but Ivar nails Bálor and McDonagh with a double back elbow off the ropes. The War Raiders then send Bálor and McDonagh crashing into one another on the outside, but Ivar sends Bálor crashing on top of New Day and hits a splash on Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods.
Erik then nails Carlito on the apron, but McDonagh rolls him up. Erik then kicks out and Carlito tries to pass McDonagh an object. The referee then catches him as McDonagh climbs up the top rope, but Penta appears and pushes McDonagh off the top rope. This then opens the door for The War Raiders to hit War Machine for the win.

After the match, Penta stood on the commentary desk and plays to the fans, while The New Day backs up the entrance aisle.
We then head to the back, where Sami Zayn is seated in a locker room with Otis. Paul Heyman then sits down next to Zayn and ass Otis for a word with Zayn. After Otis leaves the room, Heyman points out that he and Zayn are OG Bloodline. Heyman then says he respected when Zayn had to leave the Bloodline and maybe someday Zayn will respect why he did what he had to do. Heyman then says Rollins views himself as the future of the industry and Breakker sees himself as the dog at the gate. Heyman then says Breakker is demanding a match against Zayn. Heyman then says they can’t say no to that because Breakker is the key to their plans. Heyman then says Rollins holds Zayn in such high regard that he is willing to give Zayn a pass. Heyman then says he spoke with Nick Aldis and if Zayn goes to SmackDown starting Friday, he will face the winner of the John Cena and Randy Orton match for the WWE Championship. Heyman then tells Zayn he could live in the future or die with the past. Heyman then exits the room and smiles when he crosses paths with Bron Breakker, who is listening to the conversation while standing in the doorway.
We then see Becky Lynch walking in the backstage area.
Becky Lynch’s music then hits and she makes her way down to the ring. Lynch then enters the ring and grabs a mic. Lynch starts off by saying Bayley may have been tragically taken out at WrestleMania 41, then reveals herself as Bayley attacker. Lynch then says Bayley has attacked her non-stop since 2019 and has yet to apologize and Bayley seems to forget what this business is. Lynch then addresses Valkyria and explains that she was enraged seeing Valkyria align with Bayley. Lynch then says Valkyria would have never won the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship with Bayley at WrestleMania 41.
Lyra Valkyria’s music then hits and she makes her way out. Valkyria says countless people warned her about Lynch in the back, but she didn’t buy into it because of the hope she had in Lynch. Valkyria then says after several Man Handle Slams, the illusion of Lynch is dead and she sees Lynch for who she really is. Valkyria then slides into the ring, but Lynch retreats. Valkyria then challenges Lynch to a fight tonight, but Lynch says she fights when she wants to. Valkyria then challenges Lynch to a match at Backlash and offers to put her Women’s Intercontinental Championship on the line. Lynch then accepts and the two women begin to brawl, but Lynch retreats through the crowd. Valkyria then heads up the ramp and to the back, but Lynch reemerges and nails her from behind.
We then head to the back, where Nick Aldis informs Penta that he booked him in a match against JD McDonagh for next week. After Aldis leaves, Chad Gable shows up with Ivy Nile and mocks Penta for losing at WrestleMania. Gable says his favorite part of WrestleMania was when Penta’s useless brother Rey Fenix lost to El Grande Americano. Penta then hits Gable with a kick and yells at him.
WWE NXT Women’s Champion Stephanie Vaquer is then shown walking backstage.
We then get a video package on Rusev. Rusev says he had it all with gold, fame and a tank at WrestleMania. Rusev then says he lost himself and he fell into the abyss on his way home to Bulgaria. Rusev then says it was in the abyss that he healed, redeemed and fixed himself. Rusev then says he will no longer fight for a woman that isn’t his or a flag that never was. Rusev then says he had an epiphany that he is free to crush people, not because he was told to, but because he wants to. Rusev then says he will use his hands and jacked body for good. Rusev then says he will hunt the flawed, the arrogant and those who waste their talents like he did. Rusev then says through pain, he will perfect them all for good. Rusev then says their lack of suffering ends now. Rusev then says he will hunt you, forgive you and fix you like he fixed himself. Rusev then warns that people should choose their next step wisely because it will be no hardship and ending you will be no loss for a righteous man.
Stephanie Vaquer then makes her way down to the ring for the next match of the night and Ivy Nile is already inside the ring.
The match starts off with Nile sending Vaquer crashing into the mat. Nile then hits a boot on Vaquer’s midsection, then runs her over with a clothesline. Vaquer then sends Nile’s head repeatedly bouncing off the mat, but Nile sends Vaquer crashing into the ring post on the outside and sends her back in the ring.
Nile then sends Vaquer into the corner, then sends her into the opposite one and nails Vaquer with a clothesline. Nile then wears down Vaquer’s calf and knee with a submission hold, then hits a German suplex on her on the outside and sends her back in the ring. Nile then hits a kick on Vaquer in the corner, but Vaquer hits a superplex on Nile off the top rope and goes for a pin, but Nile kicks out.
Vaquer then hits a kick on Nile’s midsection, then sends her crashing into the mat with a swinging uranage and goes for a pin of her own. Vaquer then kicks out and Nile looks to hit a running boot on her in the corner, but Vaquer moves out of the way and hits a Dragon Screw on Nile. Vaquer then follows it up with a package backbreaker for the win.

We then head to the back, where AJ Styles is having a conversation with Nick Aldis. As they are discussing Styles’ next steps, Dominik Mysterio, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez show up. Morgan says she needs time off because she is filming a movie. Mysterio then asks for time off too and is told no. Styles then gets in Mysterio’s face and tells Aldis he thinks he has an idea for his next steps.
We then head to a different area backstage, where Karrion Kross approaches Sami Zayn and tells him that he hopes he makes the correct decision.
Michael Cole and Pat McAfee are then shown on camera. Cole then brings up what happened last week when GUNTHER attacked McAfee. Cole then mentions Adam Pearce fining GUNTHER and suspending him as a result. McAfee then says it’s time to address this and stands up on the commentary desk with a microphone in hand. McAfee starts off by saying people have forgotten who he is. McAfee then says being choked out by GUNTHER last week made him realize who he was and where he came from in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. McAfee then says he has a few things he hopes that people will remember him by, including being an empathetic man, leaving the world a better place and being loyal. McAfee then says Michael Cole had been with him since day one and he had no option, but to protect Cole last week from GUNTHER despite what others have to say. McAfee then calls Nick Aldis down to the ring.
Aldis then appears and McAfee says he doesn’t like that Adam Pearce suspended GUNTHER. McAfee then demands Aldis lift the suspension so he can fight GUNTHER, but Aldis says he talked to Pearce about this. Aldis then says he and Pearce agreed that they wouldn’t lift the suspension on GUNTHER, but says McAfee can square off with GUNTHER in the ring at Backlash and McAfee accepts.
We then get a video package on John Cena and Randy Orton’s history and Cole hypes their WWE Championship Match at Backlash.
We then head to the back, where Sami Zayn is speaking with Jey Uso. Jey says he knew Sami had a big decision to make. Jey then says whatever decision Sami chooses to make, it should be best for him. Jey then tells Sami that he loves him and they share a hug. Jey then watches Sami walk away. Out of nowhere, Logan Paul nails Jey with a punch and Paul calls it karma.
We then see Seth Rollins standing in the ring and he calls out Sami Zayn so they can talk this out. Zayn then makes his way out and joins Rollins in the ring. Rollins says Zayn is putting him in a tough spot. Rollins then says they go way back and he doesn’t want to see anything bad happen to Zayn. Rollins then says he gets that Zayn doesn’t like Breakker or Heyman, but this is him. Rollins then says he knows Zayn doesn’t agree with it, but he, Heyman and Breakker is the best vision for the future of WWE. Rollins then says he wishes he had someone better, but there is no one better to lead them into the future. Rollins then says Zayn not believing in him hurts. Rollins then says the business tears friendships apart.
Rollins then says Zayn is one of the true friends he has made in the business. Rollins then says Zayn was one of the first people he called after his daughter was born. Rollins then says Zayn is a new father and he’s forever grateful for the advice that Zayn gave him. Rollins then asks Zayn to let him return the favor by offering advice that could save his life. Rollins then encourages Zayn to take whatever Heyman had lined up for him on SmackDown. Rollins then says if Zayn stays and doesn’t believe in him, then bad things will happen. Rollins then begs Zayn to take the out. Zayn then says Rollins knows him and is dangling the WWE Championship in front of him because he knows how badly he wants to win it. Zayn then asks Rollins if he’s ever known him to run away. Zayn then says Rollins was threatening him. Zayn then says he’s been a target thousands of times before, but he can’t live with being blackmailed. Zayn then says he will not be threatened. Zayn then says he will win a WWE championship and he will become a world champion and when he does, it will not be because of any favors for anyone. Zayn then says it will be because he does it the right way. Zayn then says he loves and respects Rollins, but this is him telling him to go to hell.
Bron Breakker’s music then hits and he makes his way down to the ring with Paul Heyman for the main event of the night.
The match starts off with Breakker delivering some shoulders on Zayn’s midsection in the corner. Breakker then hits a belly-to-belly throw on Zayn, then rakes his eye across the top rope and hits another belly-to-belly throw. Zayn then nails Breakker with a clothesline, then sends him out of the ring. Breakker then pulls Zayn off the ring apron and sends his head repeatedly bouncing off the announce desk.
Breakker then sends Zayn back inside the ring, then delivers some right hands on him and a German suplex. Zayn then responds with a Sunset Flip Powerbomb on Breakker off the middle rope, but Breakker hits a Frankensteiner on Zayn off the middle rope. Zayn then hits an Exploder on Breakker and sets up for the Helluva Kick, but Breakker intercepts Zayn with a spear and hits a second one. Rollins then berates Zayn from outside the ring and the referee calls for medical officials at ringside to take care of Zayn. Rollins then tells Breakker not to stop and Breakker hots a third spear on Zayn. The referee then calls off the match.
The Singles Match ends in a No Contest!
After the match, Rollins delivers a Curb Stomp to Zayn and stands tall over him as the show comes to a close.
