Tonight’s WWE NXT airing April 22, 2025, promises an action-packed night live from the BleauLive Theater at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. The post-NXT Stand & Deliver show sees The Judgment Day’s WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez defend their titles against Gigi Dolin and Tatum Paxley.

WWE NXT Results (4/22/25): Live Match Updates and Highlights

The show opens up with a video package recapping this past Saturday’s NXT Stand & Deliver PLE. Vic Joseph, WWE Hall of Famer Booker T and Corey Graves then welcomes us to the show and WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions The Judgment Day (Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez) makes their way down to the ring for the first match of the night.

Gigi Dolin and Tatum Paxley then make their way down to the ring next.

WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Match: The Judgment Day (Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez) (c) vs. Gigi Dolin and Tatum Paxley

The match starts off with Morgan and Paxley. Morgan delivers some right hands on Paxley in the corner. Morgan then delivers some stomps on Paxley in the corner, then tags in Rodriguez. Rodriguez then sends Paxley across the ring, then tags Morgan back in. Morgan and Rodriguez then double team on Paxley, but Dolin tags in. Dolin then hits a kick on Rodriguez’s head, then looks to fly off the ropes. Rodriguez then catches Dolin and sends her crashing into the mat. The action then spills out of the ring and Paxley flies off the apron with a moonsault to nail Morgan and Rodriguez.

The action is back in the ring and Paxley hits a jawbreaker on Rodriguez. Morgan then tags back in and hits a boot on Paxley’s midsection, then follows it up with The Three Amigos. Rodriguez then tags in and gets Paxley up in a delayed vertical suplex, but Paxley escapes by hitting some knees on Rodriguez.

Dolin and Morgan then tag in and Dolin nails Morgan with a clothesline. Paxley then tags back in, but Rodriguez nails her and Dolin with a double clothesline. Dolin then tags in and hits a crossbody on Rodriguez off the middle rope and Paxley follows it up with a 450 Splash off the ropes. Paxley then tags back in and nails Rodriguez with a double enzuigiri alongside Dolin. Dolin then tags in, but Morgan hits her with the Oblivion for the win.

We then get a clip from earlier today showing Lexis King begging Penn and Teller to give him back his NXT Heritage Cup. Penn says he’ll give the title back under two conditions, King admits that magic is real and he will defend the title on this week’s NXT. Teller then enters the covered shark cage. Lexis agrees that magic is real and shakes hands with Penn. Penn then pulls down the curtain and the Heritage Cup returns with Teller. Lexis then asks who his opponent in his title defense is going to be. Penn says it will be a surprise.

Ricky Saints is then shown walking in the lobby of the venue.

We then head to the back, where Myles Borne and Wren Sinclair are having a conversation. Sinclair asks Borne why he wasn’t at Bloodsport. Borne says he wasn’t asked. DarkState then shows up to talk trash. Cutler James tells Borne that NQCC should break up. Je’Von Evans then shows up to have Borne’s back. Borne then challenges two DarkState members to a tag match against he and Je’Von.

Ricky Saints then makes his way down to the ring.

Saints starts off by saying he kicked off WrestleMania 41 weekend with a bang when he successfully defended his NXT North American Championship against Ethan Page. Saints then says he made good on his promise at Stand & Deliver and lived up to everything he said he was going to do in NXT.

Lexis King’s music then hits and he makes his way out. King tells Saints that he spent his weekend in Las Vegas looking for his NXT Heritage Cup after it disappeared at the hands of Penn & Teller and Saints questions what this has to do with him. King then threatens to take Saints’ NXT North American Championship from him if he doesn’t leave the ring and Saints tells King that he does a lot of taking without actually being able to back it up. King then calls Saints delusional and challenges Saints to defend his NXT North American Championship against him in a singles match next week. King then says that he’ll put his NXT Heritage Cup on the line as well in a Winner Takes All Match and Saints accepts the challenge. Referees then get in between King and Saints to pull them apart.

We then head to the back, where Hank & Tank are bragging about their tag title win in front of Sol Ruca and ZARIA. Thea Hail then shows up and praises Ruca for winning the NXT Women’s North American Championship. Jaida Parker and Kelani Jordan then tells Thea to calm down. Fatal Influence then show up to talk smack.

Noam Dar’s music then hits and he makes his way down to the ring, revealing himself as King’s mystery opponent in the next match of the night.

WWE NXT Heritage Cup Championship Match: Lexis King (c) vs. Meta-Four’s Noam Dar

The match starts off with Dar cinching in an Ankle Lock on King. King then escapes, but Dar hits a kick on his chest and follows it up with a dropkick. Dar then goes for a pin, but King kicks out. Dar then wears King down with a submission, but King delivers some kicks on Dar’s head and follows it up with a series of overhand chops. Dar then delivers some strikes on King, then hits him with a couple of kicks on his midsection. King then nails Dar with a thrust kick and climbs to the top rope, then looks to hit a Swanton Bomb. Dar then rolls out of the way and nails King with a spinning back elbow for the win.

We then head to the back, where Sarah Schreiber is interviewing Roxanne Perez about confronting Stephanie Vaquer after Stand & Deliver and meddling in a segment on the RAW after Mania. Perez says it was supposed to be her spotlight so she just had to steal the spotlight from Stephanie. Perez then says if Stephanie has a problem with that, she has to do something tonight. Perez then says she knows Stephanie won’t because of all the stress during the weekend as champion. Perez then talks about how Stephanie left the venue as champ already, but she will leave tonight a 3-time NXT Women’s Champion.

Fatal Influence then make their way down to the ring for the next match of the night and Thea Hail follows.

Singles Match: Thea Hail vs. Fatal Influence’s Fallon Henley

The match starts off with both women locking up. Hail then hits an overhand chop on Henley, then rolls her up. Henley then kicks out and returns the favor, but Hail kicks out and nails Henley with a boot. Hail then follows it up with a hurricanrana and a couple of back elbows, then nails Henley with a clothesline. Henley then hits a T-Bone suplex on Hail and holds her in place on the outside as Jacy Jayne looks to hit a boot on Hail while the referee is distracted by Jazmyn Nyx. Hail then moves out of the way and Jayne accidentally hits Henley. Hail then nails Nyx on the apron and cinches in the Kimura Lock on Henley for the win.

WWE NXT Champion Oba Femi is then shown walking outside.

WWE NXT Champion Oba Femi then makes his way down to the ring. Femi grabs a mic and starts off by saying he did exactly what he said he would do in his defense of the NXT Championship against Trick Williams and Je’Von Evans. Femi then says he may have called Evans a child and he couldn’t hang in the ring, but he brought it on Saturday at Stand & Deliver and gives him a shout out.

Trick Williams’ music then hits and he makes his way down to the ring. Williams demands a one-on-one match for the NXT Championship, but Joe Hendry’s music cuts him off as he makes his case. Hendry says Williams has changed since he was last in NXT and while Williams used to soak in the cheers of fans, he now soaks in self pity. Hendry then asks Williams if he has stopped to think that he is the reason he hasn’t won back the NXT Championship. Williams then tells Hendry that he’s an outsider who doesn’t belong in NXT, but Hendry responds by reminding Williams that while he may have lost to Randy Orton at WrestleMania 41, he did it in front of a huge crowd. Hendry then says he has come to talk to Femi about the NXT Championship and stares down Femi, but Williams pulls the two men apart. Hendry and Femi then nails Williams and send him out of the ring.

We then head to a tense meeting between Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo and Luca Crusifino in the middle of the Nevada desert.

We then head to the back, where Sarah Schreiber is interviewing WWE NXT Women’s North American Champion Sol Ruca and ZARIA. WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez then show up.

We then see Trick Williams losing his mind and throwing stuff around.

Myles Borne, Wren Sinclair and Je’Von Evans then make their way down to the ring for the next match of the night and DarkState follows.

Tag Team Match: No Quarter Catch Crew’s Myles Borne and “The Young OG” Je’Von Evans vs. DarkState (Osiris Griffin and Dion Lennox)

The match starts off with Dion Lennox and Myles Borne and both men lock up. They then go back and forth with one another, but Evans tags in. Lennox then nails Evans with a right hand, but Evans responds with a couple of hurricanranas. Osiris Griffin then tags in and sends Evans crashing into the corner. Evans then looks to respond with a tope suicida on Griffin and Lennox on the outside, but Griffin intercepts him. Borne then flies over the top rope to land on Griffin and Lennox.

Griffin then bodyslams Evans back in the ring and tags in Lennox. Borne then tags in on his side and Borne hits an uppercut on him. He then follows it up with a dropkick as Charlie Dempsey and Tavion Heights appear on the top of the ramp. Evans then tags back in, but Lennox sends him into the mat and hits him with a clothesline in the corner. He then sends Evans crashing into the mat and goes for a pin, but Evans kicks out.

Lennox then delivers some right hands on Evans, then sends him into the corner and tags in Griffin. Griffin then nails Evans with a right hand, but Evans looks to hit a crossbody on Griffin off the ropes. Griffin then catches him and hits a Fallaway Slam on him, then sends him crashing into the top turnbuckle face first and sends him into the corner. Lennox then tags in and delivers some right hands on Evans’ midsection as Griffin holds him in place. Griffin then tags in and hits an over the shoulder powerslam on Evans. He then goes for a pin, but Borne breaks the fall.

Griffin then wears Evans down with a submission hold, then looks to hit a splash on Evans in the corner. Evans then moves out of the way and Griffin tags himself in, but Borne tags in and hits powerslams on Lennox and Griffin. He then hits a belly-to-belly suplex on Lennox and gets him up on his shoulders, then hits a variation of a shoulder-breaker on him. Griffin then tags in and hits a double powerbomb on Borne with Lennox for the win.

We then head to the back, where Yoshiki Inamura says goodbye to Ava before he heads back to Pro Wrestling NOAH. He then discloses to Ava that he feels bad about being unable to win the NXT Tag Team Championship with Josh Briggs as Briggs walks in, prompting her to offer them another shot at the title next week.

We then see Tony D’Angelo knocking on Adriana Rizzo’s hotel room. Rizzo asks Tony D if anyone was following him. Tony D says it’s just him and he enters the room. Rizzo says she can’t believe Stacks betrayed them. Tony D then says he’s doing okay physically. Rizzo then asks where Luca was. Tony D says he thought Luca was just clearing his head. Rizzo then talks about how Stacks taught her how to fight against the bullies when she was young. Tony D then says people change and Stacks is not alright now. Rizzo then says all she needs to do is sitdown with him. Tony D then says he doesn’t like rats and betrayal. He then says he can’t sit down because Stacks declared war. Tony D then says Rizzo can’t go home because it’s not safe. Tony D then says he needs to go to some of his goons to hide at a safe house. Tony D then hugs Rizzo and says it is going to be all alright.

We then head to the back, where Sarah Schreiber is interviewing Ricky Saints. Schreiber tells Saints that he is only defending his title next week due to Noam Dar winning the Heritage Cup. Saints then praises Noam Dar for returning and winning the cup. Ethan Page then shows up and Saints points out how Page broke Noam’s ligament. Lexis King then blindsides Saints and leaves him lying. Page then kneels over Ricky and says they’ll continue this another time.

Roxanne Perez then makes her way down to the ring for the main event of the night.

We then see a man putting a briefcase on a table and opening it. It was Andre Chase taking out his old Chase U sweater. Chase then yells “We’re F***ing Back Baby!.”

Ricky Saints vs. Lexis King for the North American Championship, a Tony D and Stacks confrontation and Hank & Tank vs. Briggs and Inamura for the Tag Team Titles are then announced for next week.

Stephanie Vaquer then makes her way down to the ring next.

WWE NXT Women’s Championship Match: “The Dark Angel” Stephanie Vaquer (c) vs. “The Prodigy” Roxanne Perez

The match starts off with both women wasting no time in going after each other and locking up. Perez then sends Vaquer into the mat, but Vaquer pins Perez. Perez then counters into a pinfall of her own, but Vaquer kicks out and hits a back suplex on Perez. Perez then drags the ring skirt into the ring as Vaquer pulls her off the apron, then rakes her eyes as the referee fixes the ring skirt. Perez then begins targeting Vaquer’s hand and wrist, but Vaquer rolls up Perez and Perez kicks out.

Perez and Vaquer then exchange right hands with one another, but Vaquer hits a crossbody on Perez over the top rope and onto the entrance ramp. Vaquer then sends Perez back in the ring and hits a meteora on her in the corner, then sends her head repeatedly bouncing off the mat. Perez then hits a thrust kick on Vaquer, but Vaquer hits a backbreaker on Perez and climbs up the ropes. Perez then trips Vaquer and hits a hurricanrana on her, then cinches in a crossface but Vaquer escapes. Both women then take turns pinning one another, but Vaquer hits a Dragon Screw on Perez out of the corner. She then follows it up with the Package Backbreaker for the win.

After the match, Giulia’s music hits and she makes her way out. She stares down Vaquer from the entrance ramp as we see Jordynne Grace watching both women from the crowd. Vaquer then holds up her NXT Women’s Championship and the show comes to a close.
