Countdown To WWE NXT Stand & Deliver Pre-Show Results (4/19/25): Live Match Updates and Highlights

The Countdown To WWE NXT Stand & Deliver Pre-Show opens up with Megan Morant and Sam Roberts welcoming us. The panel then runs through the advertised Stand & Deliver card. The panel then sends us to a hype video package for the WWE NXT Women’s Championship Fatal 4-Way Match. We then get a discussion from the panel.

We then see Sarah Schreiber interviewing Jordynne Grace. Schreiber asks Grace about her journey to WWE. Grace says it has been a long journey. Grace then says not everyone is born special and are normal people. Grace then says every wrestler says they were born to do this and meant to be a star. Grace then says she never felt that way. Grace then says it must be nice to think that way about yourself. Grace then says. she was called about a decade ago to work for WWE and she was so excited because it is so many people’s dreams. Grace then says she gets to the building and is in a backstage segment and she was moved around so she was off camera. Grace then says that moment that no one but her would remember radicalized her. Grace then says she gave up on coming to WWE at that point.

Grace is then asked how did she evolve to be where she is now. Grace says she wanted to call herself the juggernaut to give her something to thrive to become. Grace then says she might not be the most athletic but she could be the most intense. Grace then says she wanted to be noticed. Grace then says she became champion in TNA and became the face of the women’s division. Grace then says she could have stayed to become the best Knockout ever. Grace then says she also could have come to WWE but she was going to make sure they wouldn’t reject her. Schreiber then asks Grace what would NXT be like with her on top. Grace then says she hasn’t thought about it too much but she hopes to find out after Saturday. Grace then says the division doesn’t rebuild it reloads. Grace then says people come in and take the place of the people called up. Grace then says she bet on herself in two rumbles and she is challenging for a title three months into her WWE career. Grace then says she wasn’t meant to do this but she is here. Grace then says she will become the champion at Stand & Deliver.

The panel then sends us to a hype video package on the 6-Man Tag Team Match.

We then head to the locker room, where The D’Angelo Family are having a conversation. Tony D’Angelo says he wants to know if everyone is ready. D’Angelo then says they are going to do this as a family. Crusifino then goes to get his ribs taped. Lorenzo then talks to D’Angelo about things they did in the past and says he is sorry. D’Angelo then says that is in the past and they are going to take care of it as a family. They then hug.

We then go on a tour of WWE World with Je’Von Evans and Vic Joseph.

Vic Joseph asks Je’Von Evans about the video package for his debut last year and his match today. Evans says people work for these opportunities. Evan then says there are ups and downs and it is crazy. Evan then says he knows how hard he fought to get here. Joseph then asks Evans what his grandmother would be saying. Evan then says she would be cussing him out for doing something dangerous but she would be proud. Evan then says he thought he was ready for the title before, but now he thinks he wasn’t ready. Joseph then questions Evans and Evans says there is a lot of responsibility with being the champion. Evan then says he was not ready for all of that. Joseph then asks Evans if he will be more focused on Femi or Williams. Evans says he isn’t talking about his game plan. Evan then says there are a lot of possibilities but you have to wait for Stand & Deliver. Joseph then asks Evans what is in his heart and why is he going to be the youngest NXT Champion. Evans says he has been doing this since he was thirteen and he has to go crazy. Evan then says there are things he cannot do in Vegas, but he can leave as the youngest NXT Champion in history.

We then look at the participants in the ladder match with a series of videos.

We then see Blake Howard interviewing Hank & Tank from earlier this week. Howard asks how did they become friends. Tank talks about being an NIL talent and Hank was with security. Hank then says he taught Tank the ropes and they got into the ring together and the rest is history. Tank then says the fans got behind them and then The Street Profits told them to be who they are. Howard then asks how do they game plan for Frazer and Axiom. Hank says there are moments of indecisiveness and it is something him and Tank don’t have. Tank then says they are always on the same page. Howard then asks what would this title mean for them. Tank says there is a tingle in the loins now and that is an opportunity for them to win the titles.

NXT General Manager Ava then joins Sam Roberts and Megan Morant and they ask Ava about Hank & Tank. Ava says Hank & Tank have been working at this for so long and this is their first title match and they can step up to the next level. Ava is then asked about the North American Title Match for the men. Ava agrees that this is about more than that. Ava then says they are excellent acquisitions and we will see who the best man is tonight. Ava is then asked about the number one contender’s match. Ava says 18 women will be on the show and it is the first time more women are on the show than men. Ava then says she knows how hard these women work and it is a way to show why their women’s division is the best.

We then head to ringside for the first match of the night and WWE Hall of Famer Booker T, Vic Joseph and Corey Graves welcomes us. We then get the entrances of the first match of the night.

WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship #1 Contender’s 4-Way Tag Team Match: “The Prodigy” Roxanne Perez and Cora Jade vs. Meta-Four (Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson) vs. Gigi Dolin and Tatum Paxley vs. Fatal Influence (Fallon Henley and Jacy Jayne)

The match starts off with Legend and Perez and both women take turns in locking submissions on one another. Perez then hits a hurricanrana on Legend and Jade pulls on her hair from the apron. Perez then hits a couple of strikes on Legend in the corner, but Legend nails her. Dolin then tags herself in and locks up with Legend. Legend then responds with an elbow drop on Dolin and tags in Jackson. Jackson then delivers some right and left hands on Dolin’s midsection and sends her crashing into the mat. Jade then tags in and rolls up Jackson, but Jackson kicks out and Jade hits a strike on her back. Legend and Paxley then tag themselves in and go at it, but Jackson tags in and double teams on Paxley with Legend. All eight women then enter the ring and begin brawling with one another.

Everyone then begins to take flight as they take each other down, with Jackson flying over the top rope to land on everyone on the outside except Legend, who moves out of the way. Legend then sends Jacy Jayne back in the ring and tags in Legend. Legend and Jackson then look to double team on Jayne, but Nyx trips Jackson as she runs the ropes. Henley then nails Legend with a Bulldog as Jayne assists her and both women pin Legend but she kicks out. Paxley then tags in and hits a splash on her. Perez then tags herself in and hits the Pop Rox on Legend to eliminate her and Jackson. Jade then tags in and Jayne nails her with a superkick. She then follows it up with a neckbreaker, but Perez retreats up the ramp leaving Jade alone in the ring. Henley then sends Jade crashing into the mat with a modified Bulldog and Dolin and Paxley double team on her to eliminate her and Perez.

Paxley then hits a dropkick on Jayne and locks in a submission on Henley with Dolin. Jayne then nails Paxley with a superkick to break the hold, then places Dolin on the top rope with Henley and send her crashing into the mat with a double suplex. Henley then hits a twisting neckbreaker on Dolin and Jayne pins her, but Paxley breaks the fall. Jayne then pins Dolin once again, but Dolin kicks out. Paxley then tags in and sends Jayne crashing into the mat with Dolin for the win.

WWE NXT Stand & Deliver opens up with a video package, then Vic Joseph, WWE Hall of Famer Booker T and Corey Graves welcomes us.

We then get the entrances of the first match of the PLE, which is a WWE NXT North American Championship Match.

WWE NXT North American Championship Match: Ricky Saints (c) vs. “All Ego” Ethan Page

The match starts off with both men locking up. The action then spills out of the ring, but both men quickly return back inside and Saints hits a boot on Page’s midsection in the corner. Saints then delivers a chop on Page’s chest, then walks the ropes and nails Page with a clothesline. Saints then hits his signature pose, but Page hits a powerslam on Saints on the ring apron. Page then sends Saints back inside the ring and hits a running knee on the side of his face, then delivers some right hands on him. Page then follows it up with a double underhook suplex and a sidewalk slam, but Saints hits him with a twisting neckbreaker and looks to fly off the ropes on the outside. Page then sees Saints coming and sends him crashing into the announce desk.

Page then sends Saints back inside the ring and delivers some kicks on his spine, then cinches in a Boston Crab on him. Saints then crawls over to the bottom rope to break the hold, then delivers some right hands on Page. Page then hits another kick on Saints’ spine, then sets up for Ego’s Edge. Saints then escapes and nails Page with a series of right hands, but Page sends him crashing into the top turnbuckle face first and crashing out of the ring bouncing off the top rope.

Page and Saints then get back in the ring and Saints hits a Tornado DDT on Page off the ropes. Saints then follows it up with a spear and a Michinoku Driver, then goes for a pin but Page kicks out. Page then nails Saints with a superkick and an over the shoulder powerslam, then goes for a pin but Saints kicks out and sends Page crashing into the mat. Saints then climbs to the top rope, but Page nails him with a right hand. Saints then pulls Page off the ropes and hits him with a powerbomb and goes for a pin, but Page kicks out. Page then hits an Ego’s Edge on Saints and goes for a pin, but Saints kicks out. Saints then hits Page with another spear and follows it up with the Roshambo for the win.

WWE NXT Tag Team Championship Match: Fraxiom (Nathan Frazer and Axiom) (c) vs. Hank & Tank (Hank Walker and Tank Ledger)

The match starts off with Axiom and Walker and both men take turns wearing each other down with submission holds. Axiom then hits a dropkick on Walker and tags in Frazer. Axiom then locks in a submission on Walker and Frazer runs the ropes. Frazer then hits a kick on Walker, then rolls him up. Walker then kicks out and tags in Ledger and both men then double team on Frazer. Walker then hits a bulldog on Frazer and Ledger follows it up with a running senton, then tags in Walker.

Axiom then tags in and double teams on both Ledger and Walker with Frazer. Axiom then delivers some kicks on Walker’s chest and wears him down with a sleeper hold, but Frazer tags back in and continues to wear down Walker. Frazer then hits a standing running moonsault on Walker and goes for a pin, but Walker kicks out. Axiom then tags back in and looks to double team on Walker with Frazer. Walker then uses Axiom as a weapon to take down Frazer, then tags in Ledger as Frazer tags in on his side. He then nails Frazer and hits a double shoulder tackle off the middle rope on Frazer and Axiom. Frazer then hits Walker with a superkick on the apron and Ledger sends Walker crashing on top of Frazer back in the ring. He then goes for a pin as Ledger cinches in a submission on Axiom, but Frazer kicks out.

Ledger then tags in and Walker looks to fly, but Frazer and Axiom move out of the way and Walker is sent crashing straight on top of the announce desk. Frazer then sends Ledger back in the ring and tags in Axiom. Axiom and Frazer then double team on Ledger and Axiom pins him, but Frazer kicks out. Axiom then hits a Spanish Fly on Ledger and Frazer follows it up with a Phoenix Splash. He then goes for a pin, but Walker breaks the fall just in time. Walker and Ledger then hit double splashes on Frazer, then follow it up with a spear-powerslam combination for the win.

After the match, Frazer and Axiom hug Walker and Ledger to congratulate them.

We then head to the back, where Sarah Schreiber is speaking with Penn Jillette. Penn talks about their magic show and says some don’t believe they can do magic. Lexis King then shows up and says they can’t do magic. Lexis then says it is smoke and mirrors. Lexis then says he is an intellectual. Penn has a cell to hold the Heritage Cup and King puts it in there. Penn then pulls down a sheet to protect the Trophy. The trophy then disappears and Teller is in the cage.

We then get the entrances of the next match of the PLE, which is a WWE NXT Women’s North American Championship 6-Way Ladder Match.

WWE NXT Women’s North American Championship 6-Woman Ladder Match: ZARIA vs. Kelani Jordan vs. Sol Ruca vs. Izzi Dame vs. Lola Vice vs. Thea Hail

The match starts off with everyone brawling with one another. Vice then hits Hail with a ladder as Ruca hits a facebuster on Jordan inside the ring. She then hits a back elbow on her as ZARIA and Dame fight over a ladder on the outside. Dame then uses the ladder to send ZARIA crashing into the ring steps, but Ruca nails her and fights over a ladder in the ring with Jordan. Ruca then sets up the ladder in the ring and climbs up it, but Hail pulls her off it. Jordan then tries climbing up the rope, but Hail pulls her off with a powerbomb. ZARIA then hits a spear on Dame and places the ladder around her neck, then uses it as a weapon to nail Jordan, Hail and Vice. Dame then uses the ladder to dropkick ZARIA and sends her crashing on top of it spine first.

Jordan then hits a kick on Dame to nail her, then hits a twisting leg drop on Vice out of the corner. She then nails Ruca with a kick and a springboard moonsault on her and Hail on the outside to take them both down. Jordan then sets up a ladder in the ring and climbs up it before looking to grab the Women’s North American Championship belt. Vice then sends her crashing off the ladder and looks to grab the belt herself, but Ruca goes after her. Vice then wears down Ruca with a submission, but Ruca sends Vice crashing into the corner. Vice then hits a Hip Attack on Ruca and a second one on Hail, but Dame sends Ruca crashing into the mat off the ladder with a powerbomb. Hail then tips Dame off the ladder as she climbs up it, then dropkicks ZARIA as the latter looks to bring a ladder into the ring. Hail then sends Vice crashing on top of the ladder and hits a springboard senton on her, then looks to set up the ladder. Jordan then nails her from behind, but Hail sets up the ladder and climbs up it. She then looks to grab the Women’s North American Championship belt, but Dame pulls the ladder away from it.

The rest of The Culling then show up on ringside after Hail sends Dame crashing off it, but ZARIA tips Hail off the ladder and on top of all the members of The Culling on the outside. She then sets back up the ladder in the middle of the ring and climbs up it, but Jordan pulls her off it and hits her with a second ladder. Ruca then comes to ZARIA’s aid and both women double team on Jordan, but Jordan hits Ruca in the midsection with the ladder. She then sets up the second ladder between the ropes and the ladder that’s already set up, then teeters on it with Ruca. Vice then pushes Ruca and Jordan off the ladder and cinches in a Sleeper on ZARIA as she climbs up the ladder that’s been set up.

Vice then sends herself and ZARIA crashing on top of the ladder between the one that’s been set up and the ropes, but Jordan nails Vice. Ruca and Jordan then teeter on top of the ladder that’s been set up looking to grab the Women’s North American Championship, but ZARIA pulls Jordan off the ladder and sends her on top of everyone else and The Culling members on the outside. ZARIA and Ruca then both climb up the ladder and look to grab the Women’s North American Championship belt but stop what they’re doing and share a moment. They then begin nails each other with right hands, but Ruca sends ZARIA crashing off it. She then nails Dame and Hail with a couple of Sol Snatchers before she climbs up the ladder to unhook the Women’s North American Championship belt and win the match.

We then head to the back, where Sarah Schreiber is interviewing Tatum Paxley, Gigi Dolin and Shotzi. Tatum says this is her first Stand & Deliver and she got to win with her best friends. Gigi then says they have been busting their asses in TNA and NXT and they are ready to bring back the titles. Gigi then says it will be their moment on Tuesday no matter who their opponents are.

We then get a hype video package and the entrances of the next match of the PLE, which is a 6-Man Tag Team Match.

6-Man Tag Team Match: The D’Angelo Family (“The Don Of NXT’ Tony D’Angelo, Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo and Luca Crusifino) vs. DarkState (Cutler James, Saquon Shugars and Osiris Griffin)

The match starts off with both teams brawling on the entrance ramp. DarkState then surrounds Tony D’Angelo in the ring, but D’Angelo fights them off. Crusifino and Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo then hits a Shatter Machine on Cutler James and Crusifino brawls with Osiris Griffin. Dion Lennox then tags in and delivers some right hands on Crusifino, then sends him crashing into the bottom of the ring under the ring apron and sends him back inside. Griffin then tags back in and hits a Fallaway Slam on Crusifino, then hits a splash on him in the corner. Lennox then tags in and continues wearing down Crusifino, then tags in Griffin as Stacks tags in on his side.

Griffin then sends Stacks crashing into the timekeeper’s area, then sends him back in the ring and whips him into the corner chest first. Lennox then tags in and Stacks delivers some right hands on him, but Lennox hits him with a spinebuster and delivers more right hands on him. Saquon then tags in and wears down Stacks with a submission hold, but Stacks powers up to his feet and nails Shugars with a knee. D’Angelo then tags in and hits a spinebuster on Griffin. He then hits a belly-to-belly suplex on Shugars off the middle rope and onto Griffin, then goes for a pin on Griffin. Lennox then breaks the fall, then tags in. Griffin then sends D’Angelo crashing into the mat face first and Lennox follows it up with a Brainbuster.

DarkState and The D’Angelo Family then begin brawling with one another, but Cutler James gets Crusifino up on his shoulders and sends him crashing into the ring post. Rizzo then hits a crossbody on James off the top to take him down. D’Angelo and Stacks then get their hands on a pair of crowbars, but D’Angelo throws him out of the ring. Stacks then questions what he’s doing, but Shugars attacks him from behind. He then tags in before Stacks clotheslines James out of the ring. James then grabs the crowbar and looks to hit Stacks with it, but the referee stops him from using it. As he’s distracted, Stacks hits Shugars with the crowbar. D’Angelo then nails an interfering James with a spinebuster and hugs Stacks and Stacks hands it to the referee. As the referee disposes of the crowbar, Stacks low blows D’Angelo. This then opens the door for Lennox and Griffin to toss D’Angelo over to Shugars and for Shugars to powerbomb him for the win.

We then head to the back, where Sarah Schreiber is interviewing Hank & Tank. Hank says this was a moment when the output outdid the input. Tank then says you join WWE for these moments. He then says he knew he was going to put the work in and get there. He then says these moments were not possible without each other.

WWE NXT Women’s Championship Fatal 4-Way Match: “The Dark Angel” Stephanie Vaquer (c) vs. “The Beautiful Madness” Giulia vs. “The Juggernaut” Jordynne Grace vs. OTM’s Jaida Parker

The match starts off with all four women brawling with one another. Grace then pins Giulia, but Giulia kicks out. She then stares down Vaquer, but Grace charges at the two of them. Giulia and Vaquer then double team to take down Grace, but Vaquer finds herself staring down Grace. Grace and Vaquer then exchange chops with one another, but Vaquer rolls up Grace. Grace then kicks out, but Vaquer sends her crashing into the mat with a back suplex and goes for a pin.

Parker then breaks the fall and looks to send Grace crashing into the mat, but Giulia nails Parker with a boot and delivers some chops and forearms on her. Giulia then nails Parker with a couple of double knees and pins her, but Parker kicks out and sends Giulia out of the ring. Vaquer then dropkicks Parker, but Parker hits an open palm strike on Vaquer and nails her. Parker then hits a shoulder tackle on Vaquer. Parker then climbs up the ropes, but Vaquer and Giulia join her. Grace then gets Giulia and Vaquer up on her shoulders and Parker hits a Blockbuster off the top to land on both women. Vaquer then looks to send Grace’s head repeatedly bouncing off the mat, but Grace manages to get Vaquer up on her shoulders and hits a Death Valley Driver on her. She then sends Giulia crashing into the mat with a vertical suplex and hits a double suplex on Parker and Giulia.

Giulia then climbs up the ropes, but Grace intercepts her and joins her up there. Giulia then hits a missile dropkick on Grace, then stares down Vaquer once again. Both women then begin to brawl with one another, but Parker stacks Grace, Giulia and Vaquer on top of one another across the middle turnbuckle. She then hits a triple Hip Attack and a Michinoku Driver on Vaquer. Giulia then traps Parker in a submission hold as Vaquer traps Grace in one of her own. Parker then sends Giulia crashing on top of Grace to break the hold she’s cinched in, but Vaquer hits a meteora on Grace. She then charges at Giulia, but Giulia nails her with a boot and follows it up with a Dragon Screw. She then goes for a pin, but Giulia kicks out.

Vaquer then sends Giulia’s head repeatedly bouncing off the mat, then hits an open palm strike on Parker and sends her head repeatedly bouncing off the mat, then hits a suplex on Grace and also sends her head repeatedly bouncing off the mat. She then sets up for the Package Backbreaker on Giulia, but Giulia counters into a backslide. Vaquer then kicks out, but Giulia nails Vaquer with a knee. Grace then nails Giulia with the Grace Driver and pins her, but Parker breaks the fall with a Hip Attack and gets Giulia up on her shoulders. Giulia then counters into a roll up, but Parker kicks out and sends Giulia crashing into the mat face first. She then hits a Hip Attack on her and goes for a pin, but Vaquer flies off the top rope to break the fall. Vaquer then hits a Package Backbreaker on Parker for the win.

We then head to the back, where Lexis King is looking for his NXT Heritage Cup Championship. We then see Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo leaving and Sarah Schreiber asks him why he did what he did. Luca Crusifino then says they are supposed to be a family. Stacks then tells Luca to be careful and he will tell him on Tuesday.

It is then announced that Tatum Paxley and Gigi Dolin will face the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions on Tuesday night on NXT.

We then get a hype video package and the entrances of the main event of the PLE, which is a WWE NXT Championship Triple Threat Match.

WWE NXT Championship Triple Threat Match: “The Ruler Of NXT” Oba Femi (c) vs. Trick Williams vs. “The Young OG” Je’Von Evans

The match starts off with Femi being sent crashing out of the ring. Evans then rolls up Williams, but Williams kicks out and looks to hit Evans with a leg lariat. Evans then avoids it and pins Williams, but Williams kicks out. Femi then stacks Evans and Williams on his shoulders and sends them both crashing into the mat with a Samoan Drop before using Evans to nail Williams and hit a shoulder breaker on Evans. He then hits a Lung Blower on Williams and goes for a pin, but Williams kicks out.

Femi then nails Williams with a clothesline, but Evans hit a crossbody off the top rope to nail him. Williams then gets Evans up on his shoulders and hits a Michinoku Driver on him and delivers some right hands on Femi in the corner. Femi then looks to powerbomb Williams, but Evans flies off the top rope to nail Williams with a clothesline. Williams then hits leg lariats on Femi and Evans, then follows it up with a flapjack on Evans.

Williams then hits a neckbreaker on Femi, then uses Femi as a launch pad to nail Evans mid-air. Evans then sends Femi crashing into the ring apron, but Williams climbs to the top rope and hits a crossbody on both Femi and Evans on the outside. Evans then hits a springboard moonsault on Williams to nail him, then sends him back inside the ring and sweeps his legs from under him.

Evans then drags Williams up the ropes, but Femi gets Williams in an Electric Chair position. He then sends Williams crashing into the mat with a Japanese Ocean Cyclone suplex as Williams hits a superplex on Evans off the top rope. Femi then delivers some forearms on Williams and Evans hits a right hand on Williams. All three men then continue brawling with one another, but Femi sends Evans and Williams crashing into the mat with a double chokeslam and hits with a couple of uppercuts on Williams. Evans then nails Williams with a springboard kick, then hits a Frog Splash off the top rope on Femi and goes for a pin. Femi then counters and sets up for a chokeslam, but Evans avoids it and sets up for the OG Cutter. Femi then blocks it, but Evans sends Femi crashing into the mat and looks to hit a crossbody on him off the ropes. Femi then hits him with an uppercut and goes for a pin, but Williams pulls Femi out of the ring to break the fall.

Evans then hits a bodyslam on Femi, then hits the OG Cutter and goes for a pin. Femi then kicks out, but Evans looks to fly off the apron. Femi then catches him and sends him crashing into the barricade near the timekeeper’s area, then sends him crashing through it. Williams then hits a uranage on Femi through the announce desk, then sends Evans back inside the ring and hits him with the Trick Shot. He then goes for the pin, but the referee is down on the outside. He then looks to make the count, but Femi grabs his leg and keeps him from counting. The referee then breaks free and counts the fall, but Evans kicks out. Williams and Femi then exchange strikes with one another, but Femi connects hits a sit-out powerbomb on Evans for the win.

The winner of the Triple Threat Match and still the WWE NXT Champion, “The Ruler Of NXT” Oba Femi!

After the match, Femi stands tall and celebrates and the show comes to a close.
