Tonight’s episode of AEW Collision, airing April 12, 2025, promises an action-packed night live from the MassMutual Center in Springfield, Massachusetts. The post-AEW Dynasty show sees Hounds of Hell’s Brody King take on Don Callis Family’s “The Alpha” Konosuke Takeshita in an Owen Hart Foundation Men’s Tournament Quarterfinal Match. Plus, Harley Cameron will face ROH Women’s World Champion “The Fallen Goddess” Athena in an Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament Quarterfinal Match.

The show opens up with Tony Schiavone and Nigel McGuinness welcoming us. Schiavone and McGuinness then run down the card for tonight’s show. Schiavone then announces that the injury PAC suffered on this past week’s Dynamite will not allow him to defend his AEW World Trios Title in the near future and this Wednesday on the Spring Break Thru episode of Dynamite AEW World Champion Jon Moxley will take PAC’s place alongside the Death Riders as they defend the World Trios Championships against The Opps.
FTR’s music then hits and they make their way down to the ring. A string of boos starts as Cash Wheeler grabs the mic first. Wheeler says what happened on Sunday was not an easy decision. Wheeler then says Cope has been his friend for 15 years, even before he knew Dax. Wheeler then says he needed Dax to be wrong. Wheeler then says the more he watched the moves, the more he only cared about Cope. Wheeler then says he held down FTR’s careers to lift up his own. Wheeler then says it clicked at Dynasty and he had to be the one to do it. Wheeler then says Cope may have helped him out as a helpless kid and he is not that anymore. FTR then says they are living legends and they will be treated as such.
Harwood then says the cool thing to do in 2025 is boo them when they are talking. Harwood then says he has something important to say then everyone can boo again. Harwood then says last week he saw a sign in the crowd – why FTR. Harwood then says the fans should be thanking them. Harwood then says Cope was begging for relevancy in 2025 with the best tag team in the world and they gave to him. Harwood then called a fan an idiot who said they sold out because there was no money involved. Harwood then says they did what was right. Harwood then says four long months they waited for nothing to do and the only thing for them to do was be Cope’s egghead. Harwood then says they waited for that one more day when Cope thought he would win one more championship. Harwood then says they have won multiple titles in multiple brands. Harwood then says Cope is too selfish. Harwood then tells the fans they paid good money to see him, so sit down and shut up. Harwood then says the boys and girls in the back are not happy with him. Harwood then calls out Tony Schiavone who says they are not happy.
McGuinness then tells Schiavone not to go to the ring, but Schiavone gets up as he says things need to be said. McGuinness still tries to stop him as Schiavone enters the ring. Harwood tells Schiavone on Wednesday they were thousands of miles away. Schiavone says when FTR arrived here everyone loved them and he was excited they brought tag team wrestling back. Schiavone also said Cope was not selfish. Harwood then asks Schiavone about his daughter. Schiavone is wondering about how Harwood’s daughter would feel when she went to school on Monday how her dad turned her back on one of his best friends. FTR then kicks Schiavone and sets him up for a spike piledriver, but McGuinness gets up and stops FTR and gets in between FTR. Daniel Garcia then shows up from behind as Harwood pushes him down. FTR then looks shocked. Garcia then goes to check on Schiavone. McGuinness tells Schiavone if he ever does that again, he will kill him. Schiavone says it was a bad idea to go into the ring.
Tony Schiavone then runs down the Women’s Owen Hart Foundation brackets.
We then head to the back, where AEW Women’s World Champion Toni Storm runs down the Women’s Owen Hart Foundation and trash talks all of the competitors.
Jamie Hayter then makes her way down to the ring for the first match of the night and Billie Starkz follows.
The match starts off with Billie going for a kick, but Hayter ducks. Hayter then sends Billie to the mat. Starkz then puts her hand out for a handshake as Jamie grabs her, but Billie sends Hayter to the mat with a big smile on her face. Hayter then swings at Billie who ducks. Billie then runs the ropes, but Hayter catches her and sends her to the floor. Jamie then tosses Billie into the barricade and pushes her over the top as she falls into the fans. Hayter then breaks the count and heads over to Billie who hits her and sends her to the floor. Starkz then comes off the barricade with a swanton bomb on Hayter. Starkz then rolls Hayer back in the ring and attempts a double stomp form the top, but Hayter moves. Jamie then drops Billie with a big spinebuster. Hayter then covers Starkz for only a two count. Hayter then covers Starkz again, but Starkz kicks out at one. Billie then fights back, but Hayter knocks her down to the floor.
Starkz then kicks Hayter in the corner. Starkz then charges at Hayter who moves. Starkz then kicks Jamie, but Jamie comes back. Starkz then counters and picks up Hayter and drops her. Billie then covers Hayter for only a two count. Billie then picks up Jamie, but Jamie counters it. Billie then grabs Hayter and suplexes her, turning it into a rear chin lock. Hayter then tries to fight out of it and snaps Billie over and hits her with a running knee. Hayter then covers Billie for only a two count. Hayter then nails Starkz with a running clothesline and covers Billie who kicks out at two. Hayter then picks up Billie and lays forearms into her head.
Hayter then picks up Starkz, but Billie counters with only a one count. Billie then drops Jamie with a twisting neck breaker and covers her, but Hayter kicks out a two. Starkz then comes off the top with a big swanton bomb. Starkz then covers Hayter, but Hayter kicks out at two. Both women are on the apron as Hayter headbutts Starkz. Hayter then picks up Starkz and suplexes off the apron and onto the floor. Both women are down on the floor as the ref begins the ten count. Hayter is in first followed by Starkz. Billie then nails Jamie as both women go back and forth with shots to the head. Jaime then picks up Billie and drops her with a backbreaker and the Hayter 8 for the win.

We then get a vignette from The Death Riders accepting the challenge from The Opps for the AEW World Trios Titles. Jon Moxley then says this will be a learning lesson for wrestlers that don’t want to come to work. Moxley then asks what they were teaching sweet young HOOK. Moxley then says it’s the biggest match of HOOK’s career. Moxley then says not to worry because chicks dig scars.
Gates of Agony then make their way down to the ring for the next match of the night and their opponents are already waiting in the ring.
The match starts off with Bishop Khan slapping one of the enhancement talents in the ring and tags in Toa Liona. Gates of Agony then double team both of the enhancement talents and drop them for the quick win.

We the head to the back, where Lexy Nair is trying to get a word in with FTR. Matt Menard and Angelo Parker then tell FTR they will not have them put Daniel Garcia in the same position as Cope. Menard then tells FTR to shut their mouths and they have been waiting for over year for them to show their true colors. Harwood then says later he will invite Garcia to the ring as he is a big boy. FTR then makes the challenge to Menard and Parker.
Blake Christian is already in the ring for the next match of the night and Anthony Bowens makes his way down to the ring next with Billy Gunn.
The match starts off with both men locking up. Bowens then takes Blake down. Bowens is up and he takes Blake down once again and covers him for only a two count. Bowens then puts out his hand as Blake shoves it aside. Bowens is then taken down by Christian. Bowens then gets up and chops Blake, sending him down. Bowens then covers Christian for only a two count.
Blake is in control of match. Bowen then kicks Christian and takes him down face first. Bowens then picks up Christian and drops him with a slam, then covers him for only a two count. Bowens then picks up Christian again, but he makes it to the apron, pokes Bowens in the eyes and sends him to the floor. Bowens then roll back in the ring as Christian comes in and is caught by a swinging DDT by Bowens.
Lee Johnson who is out then puts Christian’s foot on the rope to stop the three count, but the referee doesn’t see it. Blake then takes Bowens down and goes to the top, then comes down with boots to the mid-section. Blake then covers Bowens, but Bowens kicks out at two. Bowens then chops Blake, but Blake hits Bowens with a stunner on the ropes. Blake then runs the ropes, but is caught with a big kick by Bowens. Johnson then tries to interfere, but Billy Gunn nails him as Bowens picks up Blake and drops him with the Mollywhop for the win.

After the match, Bowens says that this is a longtime coming. Bowens then says what you see is AEW’s five tool player and the look and the it factor. Bowens then says he doesn’t need a government trademark to show he is the best. Bowens then says who is up next to get their ass Mollywhopped.
Megan Bayne then makes her way down to the ring for the next match of the night and LMK and Kelly Madan are already in the ring.
The match starts off with Bayne picking up Madan and sending her to the corner. Bayne then nails Madan in the face as LMK enters the match. LMK is caught from the top and slammed down by Bayne. The Megasus then takes down both women in the center of the ring. Bayne then picks up Madan and slams her on LMK with an F-5. Bayne then covers both women for the win.

Kevin Knight then makes his way down to the ring for the next match of the night and AR Fox follows.
The match starts off with both men locking up. We then get some quick pin attempts by both men. Knight then leaps up and hits Fox with a UFO floating splash, then covers him for only a two count. Knight then nails Fox and grabs him. Knight is on the apron as Fox kicks Knight, sending him down on the apron. Fox then runs the ropes and lands on the chest of Knight, who rolls to the floor. Fox then hits Knight with a moonsault off the apron and onto the floor.
Knight them dropkicks Fox and hits him with some stomps in the corner. Knight then picks up Fox and drops him on his back. Knight then covers Fox, but Fox kicks out at two. Fox then shoves Knight, but Knight gets the boots up. Fox then comes back and drops Knight, then goes to the top and hits him with a big 450. Fox then covers Knight, but Knight kicks out a two. Knight then comes back with a huge drop kick on Fox. Knight then drops Fox with a huge DDT. Knight then leaps off the top and hits Fox with the one hang time for the win.

We then head to the back, where the Gates of Agony say they are back and love being hurt. Gates of Agony then put out a challenge to Hurt Syndicate and says the bang people.
FTR then make their way down to the ring for the next match of the night and Matt Menard and Angelo Parker follow. Daniel Garcia then makes his way down to the ring.
The match starts off with Wheeler nailing Parker and Menard getting dropped by Harwood. Cash and Parker then fight on the floor as Wheeler puts the boot on Parker. Dax then takes down Parker, who is bleeding from his head. Cash then sends Parker into the steel steps. Cash is up on the ring apron. Dax then continues to punch Parker over and over, who continues to bleed heavily.
Parker then starts to fight back, but Cash comes in to break it up. Parker then sends Cash down, but Dax drops Parker as Cash and Dax hit a shatter machine on Parker. FTR then picks up Menard and drops him with two spike piledrivers. They then go for a third, but Garcia gets up to stop it as the referee tells Garcia to get off the apron. Cash then covers Menard for the win.

After the match, Garcia confronts FTR. As Garcia helps Menard up, FTR attacks Garcia and drops him with two spike piledrivers. Security then make their way down to the ring to stop it, but Dax punches referee Mike Posey, knocking him out. As they go for a third spike piledriver, the music of Adam Cole hits as he, Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong make their way down the ring to make the save. As FTR leaves, Cash mocks Garcia by doing a little dance.
Athena then makes her way down to the ring for the next match of the night and Harley Cameron follows.
The match starts off with both women walking around before locking up. Cameron. then grabs Athena, but Athena breaks the hold. Cameron then sends Athena down and Athena is not happy. Athena then rolls up Cameron for only a two count. Both women then make pin attempts. Athena then runs at Cameron and Cameron puts her in a headlock. Athena then breaks the hold as Cameron kicks Athena and uses her legs to choke her. Athena then comes back and sends Cameron into the top turnbuckle pad and drops her on the ring apron. Athena then slams Cameron back first onto the floor.
Cameron then rolls up Athena for a two count. Cameron then takes Athena down with a Russian Leg Sweep. Athena then comes back with a running thrust kick on Cameron, looks at the camera and covers Harley who kicks out at two. Athena then grabs Harley and sets her upside on the turnbuckle and kicks her. Cameron then breaks free and takes Athena down with a running lariat. Cameron then pounds away on the back of Athena. Cameron then hits an axe kick on Athena’s back.
Cameron then goes to the top and comes down with a cross body as Athena catches her. Cameron then fights the hold and kicks Athena. Cameron then catches Athena with a big right fist and picks up Athena, then hits her with a belly to back suplex. Cameron then covers Athena for only a two count. Cameron then tries her finishing move, but Athena counters. Cameron then rolls up Athena, who kicks out at two. Athena then picks up Cameron and hits her with a knee strike. Cameron is up as Athena hits Cameron in the face from the top rope and covers Cameron for the win.

We then get a vignette, where AEW TBS Champion Mercedes Moné says she is sorry she could not make it person to the loser town of Springfield. Moné then talks up Athena and says she is the best and Athena is just a speed bump on her way to All In.
Konosuke Takeshita then makes his way down to the ring for the main event of the night and Brody King follows.
The match starts off with both men locking up and Brody sends Takeshita to the corner. We then get a clean break. Takeshita then tries to send King to the mat, but King won’t budge. Brody then drops Takeshita with a big elbow. Brody. then picks up Takeshita and drops him on his back. King then chops Takeshita in the chest and sends him to the opposite corner. Takeshita then fights back and comes down, landing on King and sending him to the apron. Takeshita then hits Brody with a big elbow. King then picks up Takeshita, but Takeshita counters out of it.
King then hits Takeshita and drops him with a big death valley driver on the ring apron. Takeshita then kicks King with a big knee, then leaps over the ropes and lands on King and both men are down. King then hits a big cannonball on Takeshita in the corner. King then picks up Takeshita and Takeshita fights it off. Takeshita then fires back, but King chops Takeshita. King and Takeshita then exchange big forearms. King then comes back with a huge chop on Takeshita. Takeshita then fires back and drops King, then covers him for only a two count. Takeshita then tries to pick up King and finally gets him up and drops him on his back with a big blue thunder bomb.
Takeshita then covers King, but King kicks out at two. Brody is up as Takeshita tries to take him down with big lariats, but King won’t go down. King then sends Takeshita down with a lariat of his own. King then hits a Dante’s Inferno on Takeshita and covers him, but Takeshita kicks out at two. King then picks up Takeshita, but Takeshita fights out of it. Takeshita then picks up King and drops him on his head. As Takeshita goes for a pin, King fights out. Takeshita then picks up King and slam him down. As King gets up, Takeshita hits him with a running lariat and covers him for only a two count. Takeshita then hits King with a running knee. Takeshita then covers King, but King kicks out at two. Takeshita then nails King with two running knees and covers him for the win.
