Tonight’s WWE NXT airing March 4, 2025, promises an action-packed night live from the Capitol Wrestling Center (WWE Performance Center) in Orlando, Florida. The WWE NXT Roadblock go-home show sees WWE NXT North American Champion The D’Angelo Family’s “The Don Of NXT” Tony D’Angelo defending his title against Shawn Spears. Plus, TNA World Tag Team Champions The Hardys (Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy) will make an appearance.

The show kicks off at 8:00 PM ET on the CW and is available for international fans on streaming platforms like Netflix. WWE NXT Results (3/4/25): Live Match Updates and Highlights

The show opens up with Vic Joseph, WWE Hall of Famer Booker T and Corey Graves welcoming us. We then get a video package recapping the events of last week’s episode of NXT. We then see the arrivals of The Tony D’Angelo Family, Shawn Spears’ faction and The Hardys to the WWE Performance Center.

Chelsea Green and Piper Niven then make their way down to the ring for the first match of the night and ZARIA and Sol Ruca follow.

Tag Team Match: WWE Women’s United States Champion Chelsea Green and Piper Niven vs. Sol Ruca and ZARIA

The match starts off with Sol Ruca and Chelsea Green. Ruca hits a facebuster on Green. Niven and ZARIA then tag in and stare each other down and Niven mocks ZARIA by patting her on the head. Niven then looks to bodyslam ZARIA, but ZARIA escapes and looks to get Niven up on her shoulders. Niven then stays on her feet and runs over ZARIA with a shoulder tackle, then ZARIA tags in Ruca.

Ruca then looks to hit a splash on Niven off the apron over the top rope, but Niven avoids it and tags in Green. Green then sends Ruca into the corner, but Ruca responds with a superkick on Green and sends her into the mat. Niven then tags in and the action spills out of the ring with everyone nailing each other.

Niven then tags back in and delivers some strikes on ZARIA in the corner, but Ruca tags in and looks to nail Niven with a shoulder tackle. Niven then stays standing on her feet, then tags in Green. Green then hits a mat return on Ruca and delivers some right hands on her spine, then tags in Niven. Niven then immediately tags out to Green and nails Ruca before Green wears Ruca down with a submission.

Niven then tags in and hits a splash on Ruca’s spine, then sends Ruca across the ring and tags in Green. Ruca then nails Green and Niven with a crossbody and tags in ZARIA. ZARIA then nails Niven with a boot and follows it up with a German suplex on Green and a spear. ZARIA then goes for a pin, but Green kicks out. Ruca then tags in and double teams on Green with ZARIA. Zaria then hits an F5 on Niven on top of Green and Ruca follows it up with the Sol Snatcher on Green for the win.

After the match, Piper Niven makes sure to console Chelsea Green.

We then see Cora Jade interrupting a discussion between Jordynne Grace and NXT General Manager Ava. Jade points out how she is not friends with Roxanne Perez anymore and how she will be TNA Knockouts World Champion after Ava approves of her facing Masha Slamovich for a title match. Jade then says the Knockouts World Title will be more important after an NXT wrestler wins it. Grace then says she will retire before Jade ever wins the Knockouts World Title. Ava then cuts in to keep the peace.

Jaida Parker then makes her way down to the ring for the next match of the night.

Vic Joseph then plugs WWE EVOLVE on Tubi as well as the new RAW Recap show on YouTube.

We then head to the back, where we see Trick Williams arguing with NXT General Manager Ava about Eddy Thorpe. Uriah Connors and Kale Dixon then show up to give Ava a gift package. Trick Williams then tells them to leave. Williams then mocks Kale and Uriah for trying to encourage Andre Chase out of his funk. Dixon then tries to come to Andre’s defense, but Williams pins him up against the wall. Ava then tells Williams to back off. Uriah and Kale then talks about how Williams shouldn’t talk down to Andre Chase.

Kelani Jordan then makes her way down to the ring for the next match of the night.

Singles Match: Kelani Jordan vs. OTM’s Jaida Parker

The match starts off with both women locking up. Parker then sends Jordan crashing into the corner and delivers some shoulders on her midsection, but Jordan hits a missile dropkick on Parker and follows it up with a standing moonsault. Jordan then rolls Parker up, but Parker kicks out and nails Jordan with a back elbow. Jordan then responds with a clothesline on Parker, then follows it up with a springboard moonsault and sends Jordan crashing into the top turnbuckle spine first.

Parker then sends Jordan repeatedly crashing into the ring apron midsection first, then sends her back in the ring and wears her down with a submission. Parker then drapes Jordan across the middle turnbuckle and hits a chop on her, then follows it up with a Hip Attack and sends her crashing into the mat. Parker and Jordan then exchange strikes, but Jordan nails Parker with a leg drop and goes for a pin and Parker kicks out.

Parker then hits a Fallaway Slam on Jordan, but Jordan responds with a Spanish Fly on Parker and looks to fly off the ropes. Parker then trips Jordan, then looks to hit a Hip Attack on her. Jordan then moves out of the way and Parker is sent crashing into the ring steps, then Jordan looks to hit a 450 Splash. Parker then moves out of the way and hits the Hip-notic on Jordan for the win.

After the match, Parker gets in front of the camera and says she will be watching the Stephanie Vaquer vs. Giulia Title vs. Title Match at Roadblock.

Vic Joseph then welcomes Kelly Kincaid back to NXT. Kincaid then interviews Tony D’Angelo and The D’Angelo Family about Tony D’s upcoming match. Tony D then welcomes Kincaid back to NXT. Tony D then says his mother always told him to not say anything about a woman if he doesn’t have anything good to say about them. Tony D then says he has a lot to say about Izzi Dame, but he will hold back to keep CW Network happy. Kelly then asks Tony D about his back. Tony D then praises Stacks for holding things down while he was out. Tony D then says Spears is putting a family together, but there is only one family in NXT and that is The D’Angelo Family.

Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy are then shown walking backstage.

We then see WWE NXT Champion Oba Femi at the Roadblock press conference. Femi is asked about defending the championship against a wrestler from a different company. Femi talks about how you are about to see a clash between two Nigerian origin wrestlers. Femi then says he doesn’t want a TNA wrestler walking around with a WWE Title on his shoulder. Another press member then asks Femi about how he and Moose have a similar build. Femi then talks about beating wrestlers of all builds. Femi then says he hits first and hits hard and when he gets his hand on Moose, Moose will wish he didn’t leave the NFL. Femi then says he will walk into the theatre at MSG and walk out still NXT Champion.

TNA World Tag Team Champions The Hardys (Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy) then make their way down to the ring to address the WWE NXT Universe. Jeff Hardy starts off by saying the last two weeks have felt surreal and it feels good to both be back in NXT and in WWE as a whole. Matt Hardy then says he and Jeff can feel the love appearing on NXT for the first time last week when they defeated No Quarter Catch Crew and he and Jeff have been everywhere in the pro wrestling industry. Matt Hardy then says the positivity and passion in NXT is off the charts and Jeff echoes Matt’s sentiment. Jeff Hardy then says he saw the same fire in Nathan Frazer and Axiom as he and Matt had.

Hank Walker and Tank Ledger’s music then hits and they make their way out. Ledger says he and Walker came to the ring to thank The Hardys for showing them what it takes to be a tag team and they wanted to ask The Hardys for advice. Walker then asks The Hardys how to take things to the next level and Jeff says Ledger and Walker should be going to the extreme by pushing themselves to their limits. Matt then says Ledger and Walker have the same hunger in their eyes as he and Jeff and The Hardys were willing to bet on themselves and make everything possible.

Josh Briggs and Yoshiki Inamura’s music then hits and they make their way out. Briggs and Inamura tell Ledger and Walker to stop kissing up to The Hardys and Briggs tells Ledger and Walker that they are taking the TNA World Tag Team Championship shot that they want for themselves. Walker and Ledger then fly to land on Inamura and Briggs on the outside with double tope suicidas and the two teams brawl to the back. Matt then acknowledges Axiom and Nathan Frazer standing behind them and the two teams voice their respect for one another ahead of their TNA World Tag Team Championship Match next week.

Jordynne Grace vs. Cora Jade is then hyped as the next match of the night.

We then get a hype teaser for next week’s Giulia vs. Stephanie Vaquer match. Triple H and Shawn Michaels both hypes up NXT having the best women’s division in wrestling and how Giulia and Stephanie will have a match that will define the future of WWE. Both women then get subtitled promos, where they hyped up their upcoming match.

Vic Joseph then announces that Booker T, Mickie James, Bully Ray and The Undertaker, the coaches of WWE LFG, will be in attendance at next week’s MSG theater show.

Jordynne Grace then makes her way down to the ring for the next match of the night and Cora Jade follows. TNA Knockouts World Champion Masha Slamovich is watching the match from the front row. Vic Joseph hypes the TNA Plus Sacrifice show, where Cora Jade will challenge Masha for her title.

Singles Match: “The Juggernaut” Jordynne Grace vs. Cora Jade

The match starts off with Cora Jade and Jordynne Grace having a chain wrestling exchange. Grace then hits Cora with a few battering ram shots and clotheslines. Grace then hits Jade with a reverse body slam for a near fall. Grace then hit Jades with her signature stiff short arm lariats and a sidewalk slam. Jade then pulled Grace’s hair and shoves her into the turnbuckle. Grace then reverses a Gut-wrench with chops. Jade then responds with a few chops. Grace then dodges a double stomp and Jade hits Grace with draping knee lifts, then sends her crashing onto the apron.

Jade then hits a dropkick on Grace through the middle rope, then pins her back in the ring. Grace then kicks out, but Jade delivers some right hands on her and sends her face bouncing off the mat. Jade then hits a stomp on Grace using the ropes, but Grace shoves Jade into the corner. Medical officials then check on Jade and the referee calls off the match declaring Grace as the winner.

We then get a hype package for the upcoming Tony D vs. Shawn Spears WWE NXT North American Championship Match.

Vic Joseph then announces a sit-down interview with Ethan Page and Je’Von Evans via satellite and split screen. Joseph notes that Ava announced Page vs. Evans for Roadblock in a New York Street Fight. Page says he felt disrespected when a 20 year old kid gave him a pep talk after he couldn’t get back to the NXT Championship. Page then says he had to look at Je’Von living his best life in WWE, while it took him Je’Von’s lifespan to get into WWE. Page then says this kid is telling him to be a husband and father. Page then says it’s damn right that it’s jealousy. Page then says if he can shatter Je’Von’s jaw again, he will do it. Page then says NXT is silly enough to give him a no-rules match. Evans then says that’s exactly what it is. Evans then says Page did take his smile, did take away his joy and did take away everything. Evans then says he liked WWE his entire life and this situation has made him look at things differently. Evans then talks about Page running away last week and next week there will be nowhere to run. Evans then says he will put it on his mama that no one will take his joy and smile again. After Joseph asks for last words, Evans and Page talks over each other to end the segment.

Kale Dixon and Uriah Connors then make their way down to the ring for the next match of the night and Trick Williams follows.

Singles Match: Trick Williams vs. Kale Dixon

The match starts off with Trick Williams hitting a knee strike on Kale Dixon. Williams then delivers some right hands on Dixon and the referee calls off the match.

After the match, Williams grabs a microphone and calls out Eddy Thorpe. Thorpe’s music then hits and he makes his way out. Thorpe then challenges Williams to an NXT Underground Match in two weeks and Williams accepts.

We then head to the back, where we see that Jordynne Grace has been laid out after she was hit with chair shots from Roxanne Perez. The referees and Giulia then check on Grace with Perez walking off.

The following matches are then advertised for next week: Oba Femi vs. Moose for the NXT Championship, The Hardys vs. Fraxiom for the TNA World Tag Team Championship, NXT Women’s Champion Giulia vs. NXT Women’s North American Champion Stephanie Vaquer in a Title vs. Title Match and Ethan Page vs. Je’Von Evans in a Street Fight.

We then see TNA X-Division Champion Moose at the Roadblock press conference. A person asks Moose where the title match next week ranks in Moose’s career. Moose says he is a prizefighter and fights for the biggest prize in the game. Moose then says when NXT and TNA signed an agreement he waited for the opportunity to cross the line. Moose then says there’s no bigger match in this partnership than Oba Femi vs. Moose. Moose then says Femi has been one hell of a champion in NXT and will be a major player in WWE for many years. Moose then says Femi can be the ruler of NXT for years, but not NXT Champion. Moose then says he’s leaving next week with two belts.

After Moose leaves, NXT General Manager Ava shows up and announces that she booked Roxanne Perez vs. Jordynne Grace for next week’s Roadblock show. Fallon Henley then shows up in the crowd and asks for her rematch for the North American title. Ava just brushes off Henley.

We then see Ricky Saints run into Ridge Holland backstage. Holland says Saints shouldn’t be here. Saints then says Holland better get used to seeing a lot of him. Holland then runs into Shawn Spears and his crew. Spears tells Saints that this revolution will be televised when he wins the NXT North American Championship.

We then get a shot of Tony D and The D’Angelo Family walking backstage.

Shawn Spears and his crew then make their way down to the ring for the main event of the night and The D’Angelo Family follows.

WWE NXT North American Championship Match: The D’Angelo Family’s “The Don Of NXT” Tony D’Angelo (c) vs. Shawn Spears

The match starts off with Tony D’Angelo hitting some right hands on Shawn Spears. Spears then hits D’Angelo with a splash and delivers right hands on him, but D’Angelo hits some chops on Spears in the corner. D’Angelo then hits a clothesline on Spears and both men teeter on the ropes. Spears then rakes D’Angelo’s eye and hits a kick on his face. D’Angelo then delivers some right hands once again on Spears as they teeter on the ropes, then hits a few more on Spears’ midsection and continues delivering more in the corner.

Spears then trips D’Angelo on the ropes, then delivers stomps on him and grabs his chair from the outside. The referee then convinces him not to use it, opening the door for D’Angelo to send Spears crashing back out of the ring over the top rope. Spears then continues wearing down D’Angelo, then continues wearing him down with a Camel Clutch. D’Angelo then responds with a spear on Spears, then sends him back inside the ring and climbs to the top rope. Spears then looks to fly, but D’Angelo hits a right hand on his midsection and follows it up with a suplex.

Adriana Rizzo then hits a Thesz Press on Izzi Dame on the outside as Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo and Luca Crusifino brawl with Niko Vance and Brooks Jensen. Stacks then accidentally sends D’Angelo crashing into Spears’ chair on the outside off the apron spine first. Spears then takes advantage and hits the C4 on D’Angelo back in the ring, then goes for a pin but D’Angelo kicks out. D’Angelo then looks to hit a spinebuster on Spears, but Spears counters into a pinfall for the win.

The winner and new WWE NXT North American Champion, Shawn Spears!

After the match, we get highlights of the main event. Spears then celebrates his win with Brooks Jensen, Niko Vance and Izzi Dame and stands tall in the ring, while The D’Angelo Family looks on with disappointment on their faces. Commentary then hypes up the advertised card for next week’s MSG theater show. We then get the executive producer credits and the show comes to a close.
