Will Ospreay Takes a Direct Shot at Triple H With Pedigree on ‘Triple H’ Impersonator

Will Ospreay isn’t backing down from his war of words with Triple H, and he made that crystal clear during Pro Wrestling EVE’s Multiverse Rumble. After taking offense to Triple H’s comments about wrestlers who choose lighter schedules, Ospreay has been firing back at every opportunity—including in the ring.

At the Multiverse Rumble, Anita Vaughn entered the match dressed as Triple H, complete with the signature water spit and all. However, her celebration was short-lived as she turned around straight into a Pedigree from Ospreay. The move sent the crowd into a frenzy, clearly a calculated shot at The Game following their recent back-and-forth.

The moment was short-lived, though, as Rayne Leverkusen, who entered the Rumble as Shane McMahon, ultimately eliminated Ospreay. The irony wasn’t lost on fans—getting eliminated by “Shane McMahon” after dropping “Triple H” only added another layer of entertainment to the night.

This stunt comes after Ospreay’s AEW Dynamite promo where he took direct shots at Triple H, calling him out for questioning his work ethic and claiming he only has his position because he “was grinding on the boss’s daughter.” The feud may not be happening inside a WWE ring, but Ospreay isn’t letting this one slide anytime soon.
