GUNTHER tells Jey that he would congratulate him, but in reality he is disappointed because a match between them for the World Heavyweight Championship doesn’t appeal to him. GUNTHER then says Jey can’t lace his boots and he’s learned how to make fans believe that he’s barely holding on to the World Heavyweight Championship when he’s really in control. GUNTHER then refuses to let Jey challenge him for the World Heavyweight Championship and asks him if he knows what it even means to hold it as he builds a legacy for himself. GUNTHER then says beating Jey doesn’t add anything to his legacy and if Jey chooses to face him at WrestleMania 41, every week will be hell for him and he will hurt him.

GUNTHER then looks to leave, but Jey says he is tired of everyone telling him what he can and can’t be. Jey then says he’s going to be on SmackDown on Friday to talk to Cody Rhodes, but no matter who he chooses to face at WrestleMania, he is still the winner of the 2025 Men’s Royal Rumble and will be walking out of the event as a champion. Bálor then takes issue with Dominik Mysterio for stealing his tag team partner last week.
