Ronda Rousey and Becky Lynch were engaged in a feud during the latter half of 2018 and early half of 2019, culminating in a triple threat match at WrestleMania 35. However, they never got to have a proper singles match and Ronda Rousey has expressed her disappointment over that fact once again.

WrestleMania 35 in 2019 marked a groundbreaking moment in WWE history with its main event, a Triple Threat Match featuring Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, and Ronda Rousey. The match was anybody’s game at that point but The Man was clearly the favorite. It all ended with Lynch pinning Rousey, thus capturing both the RAW and SmackDown Women’s Championships.

During a LiveSigning session with her sister, Maria Burns-Ortiz, Ronda Rousey mentioned that she never had the opportunity to face Becky Lynch in a one-on-one match, something she really wanted for a long time. Rousey expressed her frustration with the situation in a big way.

“Well, I really wanted to have that singles with Becky Lynch that constantly got dangled in front of me. I never got to have, which you can read about in our book at OurFightBook.com. You can get it at and hear me b*tch about that for a couple hundred pages.”

Becky Lynch also called out Ronda Rousey for her lack of wrestling skills when arriving in WWE. Nevertheless, it’ll always be a shame the two never had a singles match, and it will remain one of WWE’s biggest misses for many fans.
