The WWE Universe was treated to a banger encounter tonight on Monday Night RAW as GUNTHER and Sheamus clashed once more, with the added stakes of moving one step closer to the prestigious King of the Ring, set to culminate in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in three weeks.

Recalling their epic battles from two years prior, anticipation was high for another showdown between these two powerhouse competitors with both men delivering punishing blows and hard-hitting moves.

In a hard-fought battle that had the Hartford crowd on the edge of their seats, GUNTHER ultimately emerged victorious, locking Sheamus in a leg submission. Despite Sheamus’s valiant effort to withstand the pain, he ultimately succumbed, tapping out and granting The Ring General the win to advance to the next round of the King of the Ring tournament.

Following the end of the show, Sheamus took to his X to show off his battle scars and stated that there would be no Part 4, possibly ruling out another showdown with GUNTHER after failing thrice in his attempt.

“There will be no part 4.”

While Sheamus’s journey has ended in the King of the Ring tournament in the first round itself, GUNTHER has taken off to a great start. Putting up an exceptional bout against The Celtic Warrior, it seems that GUNTHER would be a strong contender to win the entire tournament and become the new King in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Do you think Sheamus was indeed referring to not wrestling GUNTHER for the fourth time? Sound off in the comments!
