Sammy Guevara’s AEW Suspension Status Following Botched Jeff Hardy Match

The latest mishap happened during his match with popular AEW star, Sammy Guevera. The Spanish God is currently under suspension following his involvement in match with Jeff Hardy on February 14th.

In the course of the bout, Hardy suffered an injury, raising concerns about the proper implementation of concussion protocol. Additionally, Guevara executed a finishing move on Hardy, which was deemed inappropriate for the situation.

According to the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Guevara still remains suspended from the company over the miscommunication in his match with the former WWE champion when he executed a GTH on an already injured Jeff Hardy
