The wrestling world was left in awe after watching the memorable in-ring encounter between Will Ospreay and Bryan Danielson at last week’s pay-per-view in St.Louis, AEW Dynasty with Ospreay emerging victorious.

The bout between The American Dragon and The Aerial Assasin was one of the biggest dream showdowns that delivered way beyond expectations and gave over thirty minutes of fast-paced, thrilling, and jammed-packed display of technical wrestling prowess action to the fans.

However, WWE superstar Sheamus, who made his return to the company recently after eight months, decided to take a major shot at the spectacular and possibly ‘Match of the Year’ candidate for this calendar year.

A user on X noted some of the banger in-ring matches Sheamus had been a part of and labeled him better as Will Ospreay. The former WWE champion took to his X to advocate their claim by bringing up his victory over Ospreay’s opponent, Bryan Danielson at WrestleMania 28 in only 18 seconds as compared to Will who took over half an hour to get the job done.

“it only took me 18 seconds 😉.”

Sheamus’ aforementioned came due to Bryan Danielson’s manager and then-onscreen girlfriend, AJ Lee wishing her luck with a kiss that distracted him enough for The Celtic Warrior to hit a Brogue Kick right after the bell and pin him to win the World Title. With Sheamus snubbing the memorable collision, we will have to wait and see if Will Ospreay or Bryan Danielson would respond to the same.
