The wrestling world has been full of speculation surrounding the whereabouts of MJF, who has been noticeably absent from television since AEW’s Worlds End event due to an injury. Tony Khan has now addressed MJF’s status following the AEW Dynasty pay-per-view.

Following AEW Worlds End, it was reported that MJF would be taking some time off to recover from his injuries. The Salt of The Earth is also contemplating shoulder surgery while he remains absent from AEW television.

While speaking during the post-AEW Dynasty media scrum, Tony Khan was asked about MJF’s status. Khan stated that he would love to have MJF back as soon as possible as AEW is on a great run right now.

”MJF, one of the biggest stars in AEW, we haven’t seen him in recent months. I would love to have him back really soon, we’ve got so many great things happening and he is one of our great wrestlers. Everything’s going so great for AEW right now, that would be something that would add a lot, I would love to have MJF back.”

MJF is still recovering from multiple injuries that he suffered towards the end of his AEW World Title run. interestingly enough, MJF’s merchandise was also pulled from AEW Shop recently. We will have to wait and see when the former AEW World Champion will make his return to the squared circle.
