Cody Rhodes’ Sister Reacts to His Victory at WrestleMania 40 Sunday

Cody Rhodes finally finished his prolonged story after one of the best main event matches in the history of the pro wrestling industry. The American Nightmare pinned Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 40 Sunday to become the new Undisputed WWE Champion. Following his victory, former WWE superstar Dustin Rhodes has already revealed how proud he was of his brother winning the title. 

Rhodes’ sister, Teil, who has been very vocal on social media platforms throughout her brother’s rivalry with the Tribal Chief and the Final Boss, also sent heartfelt message to the American Nightmare in a post on X, following his massive win. 

Teil posted a few lines of Garth Brooks’ 1994 song, The River, motivating her brother to move forward with his dream and have a memorable reign as the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.

“So don’t you sit upon the shoreline. And say you’re satisfied. Choose to chance the rapids. And dare to dance the tide.”

With Cody Rhodes’ victory, it is clear that he is the new face of WWE. The American Nightmare has a lot of responsibilities on his shoulders now as a champion. It would be interesting to see how he begins his title reign in his first appearance on Raw or Smackdown as the champion.
