WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg is a legend in the business for many but he has lately been going after WWE for a lot of reasons, mostly to do with him not getting a retirement match. In light of this, Goldberg has now claimed that Triple H disrespected him by having Asuka beat his undefeated streak.

In an interview with Tim Green on Nothing Left Unsaid, Goldberg candidly discussed various topics, including his real-life animosity with Triple H. Goldberg began by highlighting aspects of his WWE tenure that he found displeasing, which he believed were directly linked to Triple H’s dislike for him.

Goldberg mentioned the moment when his undefeated streak was broken by Asuka, and how her winning streak was heavily promoted as the longest, coincidentally culminating when he arrived. Additionally, he noted the increase in wrestlers using the spear in their moves, a move he popularized, which he found ironic.

Goldberg attributed these apparent coincidences to his strained relationship with Triple H who is Vince McMahon’s son-in-law, suggesting that this interpersonal dynamic played a significant role in his experiences within WWE.

“A girl beat my winning streak… beat my undefeated streak. Yeah, I can’t even remember… ‘A-soo-ka’ is her name. Some Japanese girl. And they touted her as being the one to have the longest winning streak.

“And it just so happened that that culminated when I got there. And then, it just so happened that every single wrestler uses the spear in their moves. Pretty ironic that happened when I got there, right?”

“The fact that I didn’t get along with Paul Levesque (Triple H), which is Vince’s son-in-law, I think had everything to do with it.”

Goldberg also admitted he wanted to rip Triple H’s face off. Goldberg remains a free agent after his WWE contract expired, but it is unlikely he will ever return to WWE again, especially after his recent comments.
