Monday’s WWE Raw became an even hotter ticket than anticipated when it was revealed that CM Punk would be making an appearance. Despite being sidelined due to torn triceps, Punk has been actively involved in various capacities, adding to the anticipation surrounding his presence at the event.

Since his injury, Punk has been featured in different roles, including delivering promos on Raw and participating in a dark segment. He also made an appearance at the WrestleMania press conference in Las Vegas. Despite his setback, Punk’s involvement has continued to generate excitement among fans.

The announcement of Punk’s appearance at the Raw event on March 25 at the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois, led to an increase in ticket sales. WWE even released more seats to accommodate the demand. Alongside other confirmed matches, such as Ricochet vs. JD McDonagh, Andrade’s participation, and Ivy Nile vs. Candice LeRae, Punk’s presence added to the event’s allure.

Ticket sales for the event have been brisk. Initially selling out with 11,859 tickets on March 5th, WWE adjusted production plans to open up more seats, following the success of the Survivor Series event, which attracted 17,102 attendees. Since announcing Punk’s appearance and releasing additional tickets, WWE has already sold 2,632 tickets, with only 531 remaining. Notably, over 1,700 tickets were sold in the last week alone, indicating Punk’s significant impact on ticket sales.
