AEW has been producing one of the most must-see television programming in recent weeks, following the addition of top-caliber stars, engaging storylines, and spectacular in-ring bouts each week.

Next week’s AEW Dynamite would prove to be no different as the line-up already looks to promise fast-paced and highly exhilarating action for the show emanating from the Centre Videotron in Quebec City, QC.

During tonight’s edition of AEW Dynamite, the highly popular Swerve Strickland once again laid his claim to a one-on-one title opportunity for Samoa Joe’s AEW World championship. After a verbal back-and-forth with Joe who promised to give Swerve exactly what he deserved, Don Callis interrupted the proceedings to remind Strickland about his family member, Konosuke Takeshita being slightly ahead of him in regards to getting opportunities.

Looking to silence Callis and prove himself as a worthy challenger for Joe’s championship, Swerve Strickland agreed to battle Takeshita next week on Dynamite.

Elsewhere, the tournament for the vacant AEW World Tag Team championships continues to heat up next week as AEW EVPs, Matthew and Nicholas Jackson are slated to battle Private Party in the Quarterfinals.

Finally, Will Ospreay would look to show his supremacy over his scheduled opponent for AEW Dynasty, Bryan Danielson as he is set to battle the same man who tore down the house with Bryan last week, Japanese star Katsuyori Shibata next week on AEW Dynamite.
