The New Day Qualifies for WrestleMania 40 Six-Pack Ladder Match on 3/18 WWE RAW

WrestleMania 40 is set to feature a stacked up card with some of the biggest stars of the industry heading to Philadelphia. While massive stars are enough to keep things interesting, WWE has added some of the most attractive matches to the card, building excitement for the Showcase of Immortals. 

One of the most intriguing matches set to take place at the event is the six-pack ladder match where Finn Balor and Damian Priest defend their Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships against five other teams. 

While Legado Del Fantasma and New Catch Republic have advanced in the qualifying tournament for the match on Smackdown, the 3/18 episode of Raw featured three qualifying matches. 

One of them featured a classic battle between the New Day and The Alpha Academy. In an intriguing and action-packed battle, the New Day ended up on the winning side qualifying for the ladder match at WrestleMania 40. 

Following their victory, the New Day have joined DIY and the Awesome Truth as the challengers for Finn Balor and Damian Priest’s tag team championships. With two more spots open, it would be interesting to see who end up qualifying for the ladder match at the Showcase of Immortals.
