The gruesome and physically tormenting world of professional wrestling is no stranger to injuries that superstars sustain while putting out the best entertainment for their fans and it seems the latest addition to this list is the dynamic WWE SmackDown star, Asuka.

Since January, Asuka has shared the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship with her partner, Kairi Sane, with the formidable duo known as the Kabuki Warriors.

However, recent concerns arose among fans when Asuka was noticeably absent from WWE’s house shows over the weekend. These concerns were compounded by observations of Asuka limping during the conclusion of SmackDown this week.

Asuka has been actively participating in WWE’s live event circuits, with her most recent match occurring on March 10th where she teamed up with her Damage CTRL cohorts, IYO Sky, and Kairi Sane, in a losing effort against Bianca Belair, Naomi, and Zelina Vega.

Despite her consistent presence in live events, Asuka was notably absent from this past weekend’s shows in Augusta and North Charleston. In her absence, Sane and SKY teamed up against Belair and Naomi.

As of now, there has been no official confirmation regarding Asuka’s current status, leaving fans anxiously awaiting updates on her condition. Ringside News has reached out about this story and will be providing further updates as they become available.
