DDP’s passion for professional wrestling runs deep, spanning more than half of his lifetime dedicated to the industry. Despite competing in only a few matches since 2015, the WWE Hall of Famer hasn’t completely dismissed the idea of stepping into the ring for one last bout.

In 2020, DDP participated in a memorable 6-man tag team match, teaming up with QT Marshall and Dustin Rhodes to face off against MJF and The Butcher & The Blade. Since that bout, DDP has refrained from stepping back into the ring for any further matches.

During conversation with TVInsider, the WWE Hall of Famer was questioned about whether Sting’s retirement match at AEW Revolution sparked a renewed interest in returning to the ring himself. DDP acknowledged that he believes he already had his retirement match in AEW. However, Diamond Dallas Page also mentioned that he doesn’t entirely dismiss the possibility of competing in one more match.

”I feel like I got it in AEW. I wasn’t on WWE stuff for a long time because I was helping Cody Rhodes with AEW stuff. It wasn’t me helping AEW. It was me helping Cody. I wanted to help The one we did. That six-man we did. I was so live at the end of that match. I looked so good in that match. I came off the top rope and didn’t hurt myself. I thought it was the greatest sendoff you could have. Cody had asked me, “One more?” How do you make it better than how I left it?”

”Never say never. I’m still in shape. I can drop Diamond Cutters right now.”

We will have to wait and see whether Diamond Dallas Page will step back inside the squared circle for one last match, as fans would more than love to see the legendary professional wrestler compete once again.
