The Icon Sting is ready to grace the squared circle one last time at tonight’s AEW Revolution pay-per-view, set to go down at the Greensboro Coliseum in North Carolina.

He would be competing in the high-stakes tag team match with his ally Darby Allin. The masked duo will defend their AEW World Tag Team championships against the notorious company EVPs, The Young Bucks.

As the Franchise of WCW laces up his boots for his farewell bout after nearly four decades, his peers from the wrestling world poured out their heartfelt messages on social media to honor Sting.

Tag team veteran Matt Hardy reflected back on his times with Sting in AEW stating, “Memories with “The Icon” @Sting before #AEWRevolution tomorrow.”

Indy God Matt Cardona shared his childhood photo with The Vigilante saying “Tonight is @Sting’s Last Match. My only picture with Sting is the “Sting” that was at my first-grade birthday party. What a legendary career!” On the other hand, his legendary rival, the Nature Boy Ric Flair hyping his final walk from the world of professional wrestling.

“Getting Ready To See One Of The All Time Greats Walk Away From Something With A Smile On His Face Knowing That He Has Entertained The World His Entire Career! Thank You @Sting! LFG! #AEWRevolution @AEW.”

It would surely be a memorable night for The Stinger and his millions of fans as he is set to deliver the final and perhaps, the most exhilarating performance of his life at AEW Revolution.
