Matt and Jeff, collectively known as the Hardy Boyz have been on the pinnacle of tag team wrestling for nearly three decades. While the years of injuries are looking to catch up now, a recent one to Jeff has seemingly changed their perception.

Jeff Hardy was in a fast-paced one-on-one action against AEW rising star, Sammy Gueverra last week on Rampage. The match had the audience on their feet, however, it all went a little sideways due to one particular spot.

The Charismatic Enigma injured his nose during the bout when his face collided with Guevara’s knee and visibly felt the effects when he looked dizzy and was almost on the verge of not being able to stand on his feet.

During the latest episode of his ‘The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy’, Jeff’s older brother disclosed that his nose was indeed broken and that he was getting some tests done in regards to the same. Moreover, Matt also stated that at this point in his career, everyone was prioritizing Jeff Hardy’s health above anything else.

“Obviously, Jeff’s nose, as I said, it was broken, had a couple little breaks in it. He’s getting some tests done on his sinuses to see how his sinuses are doing. It’s not a fast project. These things move slow, but we’re just trying to make sure his health is first and foremost and putting that above everything else. So that’s the main thing kind of to update on the status of him.”

With Jeff Hardy suffering yet another injury amidst already battling inside the squared circle with years of toll on his body, we will have to wait and see how much longer he can go before it’s time to close the chapter on perhaps, one of the greatest in-ring careers of all time.
