Maxxine Dupri is a standout talent on WWE’s main roster and has undergone an impressive journey from a manager to an in-ring competitor, showcasing remarkable growth as she became a member of the Alpha Academy. She was recently booed heavily during a WWE live event and now a WWE talent has backed fans’ right to boo Dupri after the live event controversy.

A Twitter video capturing Maxxine Dupri receiving boos at a recent WWE live event has gained viral attention. Fans are currently engaged in debates over whether the negative reaction is justified, especially given her limited experience in the wrestling business.

WWE Superstars Zelina Vega and Rhea Ripley came to her aid amidst this massive controversy. In the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer from F4WOnline.com shared comments from an anonymous WWE wrestler. The wrestler expressed the belief that the video “highlighted Maxxine’s exposure on live WWE house shows without being adequately prepared.”

“They [the wrestler] noted the video shined a light on her being put on shows without the experience one expects for WWE house show performers. Aside from Battle Royals, she has only had ten matches in her entire career. But the star noted fans should have the right to cheer and boo who they want to cheer and boo, and chant as long as you don’t cross a line into being tasteless.”

Maxxine Dupri also fired back at her haters following the live event controversy. Nevertheless, we hope she does end up getting better so that she doesn’t get booed like this again.
