CM Punk Investigating Exclusion from WWE 2K24 DLC Plans

WWE 2K24 is gearing up for its release, offering fans a host of exciting new features. Notable additions include real-life WWE referees and incredibly realistic in-game character models. Shockingly enough, CM Punk isn’t part of the game and isn’t even listed in upcoming DLC plans. Therefore, Punk has now decided he will be investigating the matter.

CM Punk returned to WWE in November last year and seems to have missed a crucial deadline, impacting his inclusion in WWE 2K24. The game was likely in its finalization stage, and it is scheduled for release in March 2024 across various platforms.

The Second City Saint acknowledged his absence from the game as well. CM Punk would then take to his social media and address the absence in detail. CM Punk noted that he knew he was late when it came to his WWE return, so he wouldn’t be included in the game from the beginning.

”I know that 2K has released a full roster for the new WWE video game. I’m not in the game, now I understand being a little late to the party, returning to the WWE and not being able to be put in the game, but they recently released the DLC teaser and there’s no sign of CM Punk.”

However, CM Punk then noted how he was absent from the DLC teaser plan for the game and revealed that he would now be investigating the matter after fans demanded he be in the game.

”And I know this because the fans are going crazy, they’re asking where I’m at and asking how come I’m not in the video game. So, I decided to make it my thing to try to get to the bottom of this, because the fans are demanding that I be put in this video game. Now I’m not a video game guy, so I don’t know how fast they can do this, but like I said, we’re gonna try to get to the bottom of this, and I’m gonna tag them here just to put some pressure on. Let’s put some feet to fire today, ladies and gentlemen.”

We will have to wait and see whether 2K Games will do the right thing and include CM Punk as part of future DLC, as it seems preposterous for many fans that he won’t even be in the game at all.
