The card of WWE’s return to Australia with Elimination Chamber 2024 is all stacked, and the excitement for the premium live event is off the roof. With their return to the land down under for the first time in six years, featuring Australian stars is a no-brainer.

However, one of them lost his opportunity to head home and feature at the show. Australia’s own, Bronson Reed, lost his Men’s Elimination Chamber qualifying match to Bobby Lashley last week on Raw. This came in a shocker with WWE dropping Reed when it came to heading to Australia.

Fans around the world speculated that Reed missing his chance to return to his home country was because his wife was pregnant. While some part of it is true, the Australian star has now cleared up the air with an update.

In a recent post on X, Reed revealed that his wife was indeed pregnant. However, that wasn’t the reason he is set to miss Elimination Chamber. He said that his stars didn’t align forcing him to stay away from Australia.

“My people, Yes, my wife is pregnant. No, that is not the reason I’m not on #WWEChamber    Thank you for your concerns. Sometimes, the stars don’t align.”

While Bronson Reed is set to miss his home-country return, WWE might have a different plan for him. Though he lost the opportunity to be a part of the star-studded Men’s Elimination Chamber match, with WrestleMania on the horizon, big plans might be taken out of the bag in the next couple of weeks.

A possible multiple-men showdown for the Intercontinental Championship might be added to the card for WrestleMania. If that is the plan, Bronson Reed being a part of it would be an easy decision.
